  We went under contract with the contractor for a new roof November 2023. We signed off after roof completion and had wind mitigation inspection and inspection from county . Shortly after that we had rain and the flat roof started leaking. They have repaired flat roof 2 times due to it leaks. I contacted them on May 2nd about leaking 3rd Time. Their argument is the flat roof not in contract. And they were fixing it as a courtesy. However the workers tore the entire flat roof off. If not included why did they tear it off. They were unsupervised. So even not included which was not told when signed with them they destroyed it and therefore their responsibility. I last notified them of leak on May 2nd. Owner said sales rep to contact us to fix it. We called him May 6. They have not been out to inspect. This roof installation has taken 6 months. The rep has too many excuses.I requested they remove rep and assign us someone with good customer service and communicates. We also requested they get a contractor that is familiar with the install of flat roofs. I have not heard back from them. We were emailing yesterday. We have been taken advantage of and treated unfairly. They are in the wrong. We didn't remove flat roof. They also owe for plants and wood chips that were destroyed by workers. They never have paid to replace these items.I have some emails text and pictures if needed.

  Hello 

  I have not heard from anyone at Mighty Dog Roofing. They did finally fix the roof and we won't know if it is truly repaired until we have rain. 

  We signed off with them 4/17/2024. On May 2 it leaked for 3rd time. They came out on 5/16/2024 to do repair. 
  From start to finish about 5-6 months. 

  I hope no one has to experience what we went through. All the delays weather and lack of communication made the project an extremely stressful experience. 

  I am not surprised they have not responded.
