Well let's start off with I thought these roofing scammers were finished here in *******; no they are still out there.Had fellow drop off a piece of paper stating he saw wind damage to my roof.Well how it works is you sign off to them your insurance authorization to be handled by them and you pay the deductible on your policy. Insurance companies don't fight it in court because it cost them more then its worth. How do I know because a friend of mine works in statistics for a large insurance company that just pulled out of *******. Part was the roofing scammers and part hurricanes and the cost of re insurance. But here's proof this guy named ******************* that works for Roof X *** is trying to pull as fast one.I had a total roof replacement 4 days previous, and yes the shingles were laying flat no curl.Buyers beware

This company has helped us get through the insurance company red tape and get us approved for a new roof due to storm damage. They are a great help.

I had roof x do our roof and we were extremely happy with them. They explained the whole process, filed the claim with our insurance for us, they were on time , finished in a timely manner, were professional and followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. Wonderful people!!!

I was Totally satisfied. The whole company was available to us and we were well informed and cared for. I would absolutely recommend this company. We were badly served by a roofer just prior to this and we were definitely cautious. This roofer was recommended by a public adjuster, so I wasn't sure if the price would be high, but ***** gave me a great price, with total disclosure of the entire process. Also, the crew that came out was professional and efficient. We got a great roof in about a day and a half. We had an extra piece of roof that took a bit more time. I can see this company doing a quality roof in a day. Also we employed them to do gutters, which was very well done, custom sized with leaf guards. Really pleased with the result.

My complaint is after the roof was repaired. Apparently the wrong vent or vents were installed with the wrong angle. When a strong wind appears, rain is forced into the vent(s) and leaks into the attic. This caused a number of stains on my interior ceiling. Initially, Roof X was quick to inspect and diagnose the problem. I was told that that after the repair "they" would have a painter come in and repaint the ceiling or at least make the stains invisible. The repair was eventually done. On Sept6, 2023 I notified the company of the roof stains. By the middle of October, 2023, the repair was done. Since then i have reminded them about the ceiling, twice. Last week I was asked (after reminding them) if I would be home Wednesday for them to pre treat the stains, I said, "yes". I was told they had forgot about me, but I would see them "Wednesday". Wednesday came and went, no appearance, no text. This is 13 months after the initial damage to the roof. This, on top of them leaving a dumpster too long on my grass, which they said they would repair (they did not and junk weed grew in instead) and my asking more than once for any photos of my roof after completion for my insurance, who was giving me a deadline leaves me frustrated. I do not like to ******, to put it mildly. I would think and hope that a repair that cost 58K might warrant some attention. Asking an adult who has to beg for attention to a matter to stay home all day and get a no show is not excusable. We all have phones that can remind us of obligations. It has been 2 days since the no show, with no word, no apologies., and no repair.
