I ordered 2 baseball jerseys from this company on March 6th. I was told multiple times that my order should take no more than 2 weeks to customize and I paid for 1 day shipping to make sure I received my order promptly. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since i ordered and now theyre saying my Jerseys wont be ready until Thursday. It will be a month by the time I receive them. I have contacted them multiple times via chat and I have received horrible customer service. They don't answer any of my questions and are very argumentative. I also tried calling them at +1 866-727-6777 and was told it would be easier to get a hold of the president than someone in charge with a very rude and sarcastic tone. They tried arguing with me about paying for 1 day shipping and even about when the season for my son's baseball team ends. I attached the chat as well as my order receipt. I would either like my jerseys before my son's last game and some kind of courtesy and human decency from this company or my money back please.Business response

Customer was slightly confused on time frames of custom made products, we understand they have a short season so we refunded her shipping and got her jerseys the day before we received this email. The customer should have their custom product and refunded shipping.Customer response

On January 14th, 2022, me and my husband placed an order for 3 shirts, and paid for delivery. We paid a total of $90.08. After a month of not receiving anything. I called the store and the owner Greg answered and explained that 2 shirts were ready, but the third shirt had to be reprinted. I went to store to pick up the 2 shirts. It has been over 2 months and the 3rd shirt is still not ready. I keep calling and emailing. I get no response from email's and ton he phone they tell me they will call me back for more information, and I never received a call back. At this point, I would just like the shirt if it's ready and shipped to me. If the shirt has not been printed I would like my money back for the shirt and for the shipping I never received. My order number is XXXXX, and it is under my husband's name ****** *********Business response
