On November 8th, 2023, I talked on the phone to an auto lead gen ******** I asked for them to send me the contract, I reviewed the contract and then immediately within 24 hours, I called and texted to cancel my subscription. I told them that my subscription was contingent on reviewing the contract. The guy AND girl on the phone said, "no worries, review it and then we will talk more" - I reviewed the contract and did not agree to the terms and said no thank you. The email used is now not in use and the name of the company has changed from Automated Empire to Automated Appointment Engine. I believe this company to be fraudulent. Look at the reviews online. They have $1797 of mine and I want it back. I filed a complaint with my credit card and then *********************** replied to them with the UNSIGNED contract and SAID I agreed. I did not. *** and his company has not provided ANY SERVICE TO ME AT ALL. I'd like to file something against this fraudulent ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I spoke with ***********************, the owner of the company in question. He said that he intends to pay me $1797.

He said that Quickbooks has it in "escrow" and he will look into it. I believe he is not telling the truth.

He said that his "notes" from his employees show that they tried to reach out to me, but this is not true.

He said that I threatened him, this is also not true.

I have additional documentation that I can forward to you if you would like. Also, I videotaped the conversation between him and I yestawerday when he said he'd be willing to give my money back.

I'm at a loss because I feel like he is lying. His reviews say that this is his tactic.

Any guidance would be so appreciated.

      Thank you.

Thank you so much. I spoke with *** yesterday (he hung up on me) but, before doing so, he said that quickbooks doesn't have the payment. Meanwhile, my credit card company says he got it.

On a side note, is it considered harassment or slander to have contacted you? *** said he's going to *** me for reporting his business practices to you and Attorney General.

      Is that correct? Just curious.

Thank you so much for your help. I realize $1800 is not worth the headache but what's right is right.

      Have a great day!

*********************** has not comunicated with me. The last time I spoke with him, he called me "dumb, dumb" - I would like to pursue this further, as he owes me the money. Thank you.

Automated Appointment Engine LLC claims to be sellers ***************************************** for realtors, to advise and implement a marketing and sales process for RE business. We signed an Agreement on 10/5/2022 with *************************** (COO of AAE, his partner CEO ***********************). The Agreement comes with a service guarantee, yet we experienced not getting the service as verbally expected and charged for amounts outside the scope of AAE ****************** Marketing ads were not transparent, not manageable, we had no access to invoices for amounts charged by AAE, nor notified for such charges when it was to occur. We look daily into our FB bus-ad account to see AAE's activity on ads and we saw ads on "pause" or stuck in "draft mode" and eventually AAE ad jobs disappeared and left with no running *********************** from AAE. In **************** charges of $2797, $933 and $500 taken; yet resulted in bogus leads and cookie cut marketing ad campaign that failed. The cost explained by ******: initial $2797 management fee, thereafter month to month $1497 every ******************************************* the contract but was told we're looking at a $30 a day budget and that we'd have our own personal Ad Spend account that AAE must be given access to. AAE does not say how the billing will occur, and this is what happened: a charge for AAE AD Spend occurred on 10/14/22 for $933 directly from AAE and not from FB Ad Account and unexpectedly another charge of $500 in AAE Ad Spend occurred on 10/26/2022, now over budget without explanation. I've reach out to the Company questioning these charges. We were supposed to be able to review/approve and give our input on any ads before being charge on Ad Spend, they have not been up front with the marketing ads and still took money without consult. After we called AAE, we're told AAE is in the "middle of changes and there's a new billing plan" which we did not agree to and making our service agreement invalid, so we must be refunded.

This company says that they are a lead generation company for real estate agents. THEY ARE NOT. They promised leads and then take control of your ******** account and charge you for an ad they run. I tried multiple times to contact them but was unable to. They present online advertisements, and you pay for it. I could do this myself. They continued to charge me after I tried multiple times to cancel and resolve the issue that they never provided a valid lead as promised. I received no benefit from this company and never received any VALID leads. They continued to charge me after I cut them off from my ******** and continued to charge my bank account multiple times that do not even make sense. Even if I received a service from them, it would have been a monthly amount and they charged me twice in one day and another time that wasn't even at the one-month ***** I am in constant disputes with my bank even now after changing my card and stopping payment. I have tried multiple times to resolve the issue but receive no response. This company is a SCAM. They charge you $997.00 and then make you pay for ads they send out on your ********. I received no benefit from this company, only headache. Please do not allow them to hurt or SCAM anyone else.Thank you.

Contracted with AAE for six months to run funneled ******** Ads for real estate. I canceled my services with the company on August 18, 2022, requesting (in writing and within timeframe outlined in contract) not to be billed again. The company's representative, *******************, screamed at me over the phone, using profane language, essentially telling me that all real estate professionals are inept at selling practices. He assured me that I would not be billed again. However, I was billed by ******** again for $400+ because he did not cancel my ads that AAE set up, and was also billed TWO more payments of $997 by the company. I have tried to contact all representatives (***, *****, and ***) with no remedy to the situation. I spoke with ***********************, alleged CEO, yesterday three times (with witnesses) who assured me that the refunds would be placed in my account immediately. However, this was not done. I have texted and called *********************** this morning again, with no response.

Automated Appointment Engines has not provided the services as outlined and promised. This company is 100% UNPROFESSIONAL and Careless. Upon signing up for their services for $2797 on July 29th, 2022, I did not receive a copy of my invoice, contract agreement or anything. They did set up n on boarding call for a few days later via zoom. When I showed up to th zoom NO ONE from their company showed up. I thought for sure I had been scammed out $2797. I started calling, texting and emailing any contact I had. After 20 minutes I got a phone call that "Blah blah" happened and someone was coming on soon. This same thing happened again for the training zoom call. UNPROFESSIONAL! CARELESS! Once we did get the sales funnels running, the leads are not what they advertised. They advertised verified phone numbers, a few leads did verify numbers but most do not. I can not get in contact with these people, we don't know if th number is correct or not. Again this is very disappointing and very different than what was advertised and promised. They charge monthly management fee of $997, which they took out of my account 1 month early. i had to dispute this charge with my credit card before I got a response from AAE. They acknowledge I was wrongly charged this fee and did refund it. I have emailed on September 2nd, September 6th and again on September to Cancel all services and refund ll my monies taken. The sales training is also unethical for realtors. I was told to lie to home owners. Disgusting. My experience with AE is extremely disappointing and not what I signed up for. I have asked for them to do the right thing and refund my money but they will not.
