We went in there as a group as one of our group members made a mistake in the range and was asked too “get the **** out” as the rules apply but for some reason they asked us all to leave, we’ve only been in the range for 20 minutes we didn’t want to argue since we were all shaken of the rude customer service as it is, when asked for a partial refund since we were all asked to leave from one persons mistake, the older man I believe with the name “Olin” with the gray beard that claims is a supervisor refused and told us to get out so we politely ask for his supervisor in which he complies and brings her on over as we were explaining the situation to her the older man with the white beard decided to shove one of our group members and got in his face claiming that he was pushed when all witnesses saw him approach and shove him as well as a video one in our party was recording, when the lady supervisor asked us all to leave again with using words as “get the **** out” and refused to give us a refund and also refused to return headsets we brought that belong to us claiming it’s their property now in an effort to avoid any more confrontation with these so-called supervisors that emphasise great customer service, we left when the next day they apparently call the police on one of our group members for not paying a tab when we were kicked out trying to do so, claiming “we walked out” when the whole situation was being recorded with clear audio and video from a cell phone of one us, the whole experience was unbelievable incompetent staff terrible customer service as a whole in addition the best part racist since the man in the grey beard used a racial slur on a previous visit there, something needs to be done as anyone can ever imagine a fun experience going to a range would be so horrific.
