            National Bath is using deceptive, fraudulent and misleading practices during sales transactions by not disclosing ALL information with customers and assigning two different dates of cancelation. National Bath will not refund the $5000 deposit and services were never started or rendered. According the 15 U.S.C. 7001 ******, consumers are required to receive the disclosures prior to any transactions/leases/financing. It is against federal law for them to keep money without disclosing complete terms. On 5/14/24 a representee (***********************) came to my resident for demonstration for windows around 3:00pm and did not leave until after 6:30pm. National Bath charged us $22,000 for windows. The contract did not disclose the terms of financing for 14% for $52000 until 5/21 a week after. I am under the impression ******* knew and did not disclose this information. He also did not disclose the information about the cancelation policy. I asked repeatedly and was told I would be emailed a new contract with terms according to financing. I was under the impression they used in-house financing, which is a third party company. I told him, before the contract could be execute a method of payment and agreement must be disclosed. He said the company will not start creating windows until they receive a contract for terms for payment!On 5/21, someone measured my windows and they said they would not get measurements until next day. As disclosed in the contract National Bath could not customize windows without measurements. I immediately contacted National Bath via email to cancel, by phone and certified mail with cancelation forms. I did not receive my money back as per contract, National Bath has not contacted me to resolve dispute or refund. I have not received windows or any other consultation about windows. I have not been contacted by National Bath or any representatives after cancelation. I called, but ******* refused to answer calls or emails.

            I would highly recommend that you request ************************ as your installer if you are considering a bathroom remodel through National Bath. He was very kind and professional and a pleasure to work with. He was concerned about my satisfaction during the whole process. His skills are impeccable!
