Initiation date: 10/30/2023 Merchant name: CHARGERS SOCCER CLUB Transaction Date: 09/24/2023 Transaction Ref. #: *********************** Requested cancellation prior to the start of the program based on services not being provided as per what I registered for U8 soccer program. My daughter is special needs and there was never an intention to have her playing in an older age group at a time that is not conducive for my daughter that turned 8 years old on 11/11/2023.Business response

On 9/24/2023 the customer purchased a ***************************** Our company has a cancellation policy that is identified at the time of purchase. The policy states a cancellation date of September 24, 2023. Anyone who cancels prior to that date would automatically receive a refund. On Oct 30, 2023 the customer canceled due to not being able to play on the same team with a friend, and they also had a schedule conflict. Our company was not notified the child had any special needs through our communication until January 10, ****. There was a phone conversation between our company and the parent on January 10, ****. After the phone conversation, the situation was brought to a board of directors for review. After the review, the company's decision was to refund the customer their money.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and given recent communications from this organization looks like they are making an honest effort to promote ************* and equity.
