Around July 2023 thru Sept 2023 we had the visit of sales rep ********************************* coming to offer solar panels, this was not first time here and due to compromised credit we were always denied. That was fine, we tried. Come again a Sunday, when its our resting day, to start once again offering the solar panels, that we did not have to go thru credit report. I did not want to speak to him, he then grabbed my husband ******************* ****** and gave him the info in a convincing way. My husband decided to accept, he would come by almost wkly to see how we are doing, bring me even coffee ground from ******** as to keep us happy, telling us many times (answering our questions we would be always asking) 1. No we wont get a second bill from Duke, 2. Amount of panels to be installed guaranteed enough production for the house, 3. Monthly pymt would be $274, 4. They call mtg ********* it added ($274) or we can pay in November all at once. What ended up happening, to our knowledge later that they placed a lien on the home, he never mentioned that verbally to us because he knew we would of not accepted the deal since my husband is retired with a miserable $866 a month, and this year is my retirement with a little more than that. I would tell ******, pls do not take advantage, pls be honest, my husband suffers from depression, if he then feels he is lied to, his blood pressure rises, he takes 9 meds, cant sleep. ****** wld swear to us to be honest and he was telling us the truth. Not truthful, 1. We are getting 2nd bill, 2. *** of panels installed are under our need, 3. Monthly is $294 not $274, 4. They dont call mtg co. When I called ******, conveniently, he no longer works for them & cant help, his words; to call BEE. We had ************************* come by, said that he could try to lease the extra panels ****** failed to provide. He even recognized it was not enough 20 panels that it had to be at least 34.
