            In 2022 Myself and husband wanted to go solar. SolarWise Energy Solutions contacted us in April to sell us a system after a few issuses it was installed on November 6th at this point a week later failed inspection which i felt at the time was nothing new 4 days later 2 Worker came to repair the failed issuses while here they pretty much did half the work and left. One week later we failed inspection again after they came out again we finally passed got the ok from Duke energy to connect. Since December the first we only have 11 of the 30 panels working and i can not get anyone to call me back or get anyone to come out to fixit. I had to call the company that made the system to find out what was wrong with the system they told me multiple issues where here and they need a technician on site to fix it that was December the 29th. As of today all i get is lied to by ***** at Solarwise and by **** at Solar Ray. Solar Ray is the subcontractor that solarwise has hired to do my system. One of the parts needed to fix my system has never came in and i keep calling them 2 to 3 time a week to get a solution to this problem My husband and I went into debt for ********* for this system and can not reap the benifits from it and have already paying the bank. Payments started 60 days after install which i was promised would be fulling running by then. Last 5 days been trying to contact owner of solarwise and can not get a response from him. 8 days ago I found a wire on the system totally disconnected. **** has promised since 1-18-23 to come out everyday to fix but always has an excuse why he can. Please help me.

            Horrible company continues to send out SPAM email and Text messages to myself and neighbors after repeatedly asking them to stop. No one ever asked for inclusion in any campaign, and even worse, they use Google Maps-- and their stupidity, will post the picture of your house, even with huge solar panels already on it, blindly trying to sell something that is already part of home. Calls to their office and responses have gone unheard. Reporting them here / BBB and on FTC.
