I went for an office visit , I was told I had to pay after explaining I had an HRA account. I paid $104.45 and they also was paid by my HRA $104.45 . I asked for a refund and was giving the run around. I showed them my explanation of benefits via email to the call center and the office directly. No one could tell me how to go about collecting my refund . I would like to go to the office and have my card credited the same way it was taking or they can give me cash as the money was taking from my checking account.Business response

The patient was spoken to and she was informed that the billing department would be issuing her a refund in ***** days once her HRA account pays.

My husband had a procedure done at the ********************* location and he paid upfront and provided insurance info. When the insurance statement came it it stated they over charged him based on the negotiated rate. I called over 5 times. Each time they promised they would credit his card. He is owed approximately $150 according to the insurance records. I have all the back up but they will not refund. Terrible billing practices and they basically stole moneyBusiness response

I have been coming to this company at several different locations for years. My issue began at the ********************* location in December 2022. At this time I was informed my insurance wouldnt be covering any of my *************** gave me a cash price of $462.47, which I paid at that time & was told thats all I would owe. In January/February I went to the Spring Hill location & went for a 2nd procedure & had a bill stating I owed more $ At this time the front desk told me they were email the billing **** and get back to me. I had also been emailing & calling, only to be emailed back by one individual once & never heard back again. 2 weeks later I went back to get my stitches removed and still nothing was to be addressed about this bill & the front desk again said not yo worry they will email again. In another 2 weeks which is now March I went to the ********************* location to get my stitches removed. At this time they wouldnt let me get my stitches removed until we addressed my balance from Dec. I explained to them what *** been going through for the last 3 months in regards to this bill (I was there over an hour with my son trying to get this figured out. Finally I spoke to a manager over the phone who informed me I had to pay only $173.53 and that was going to make the Dec balance disappear. I paid that and got my stitches removed. Now we are in may and I still am showing a balance from Dec and being told it is in risk of going to collection and yet again I cannot get ahold of anyone to get this addressed. I have spoke to someone once and was told they were gonna send an email and get back to and this was 3 weeks ago.
