I registered my 7 year old son August 16th 2021 for after school care at PROtential sports to begin January 2022. I selected the option to have $0.00 charged to my credit card in order to gather more information about the program and briefly hold a spot at the Waterchase location. I was told someone would contact me with further details. This never happened and we ended up signing our son up somewhere else for after school care. A few days later, my card is charged $315.00 for the first month beginning in January 2022. I emailed the company requesting a refund, and they responded on 9/10/21 stating a refund would be available in 7-10 days. Never received the refund. I emailed back on 9/24/21 and they said I would have the refund no later than 9/26/21. Never received the refund. I emailed them again on 10/6/21 and they haven't even responded. I called them on 10/11/21 and left message for a Supervisor to call me back. I have not received a phone call. Please see attachment for emails.Business response
