On Feb 16 2024 I paid for 2 pieces of wire mesh 4x8 sections, pick up 2/20/24. At time of pickup the very heavy sections were banded to a pallet with cardboard covering. Saw no reason to unband the nicely done pallet it looked flat and fine and it was in my pickup truck with the tailgate down I wanted it secured. But when I got home and took the cardboard off I saw the long edge on one side of both pieces was curled down leaving me to either fabricate a new edge like I paid for or load this mesh back up and drive an hour one way to exchange it. So I contacted the sales rep and his explanation was a nonsensical, oh when they make the mesh it automatically get damaged. So much for a nice factory edge. Correspondence with sales rep will be included. I ask for a discount for damaged goods sold but they put a squeeze play on me by saying I need to bring it back, these pieces weigh ***************************************************************************** more hrs and handle this heavy dangerous material again and again. I sent pics. The sales rep was smug and unconcerned. This is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE especially since the company rep admits the damage comes from the manufacturing. I have the correspondence to back this up.
