    I purchased a brand new pair of K-Swiss court shoes from MP Tennis & Sports on April 14, 2022 for $105.00. The shoes were identical to a pair I purchased in 2020. I love the pair purchased in 2020 but I wore them out. The first day I tried wearing my new shoes I got a severe pain in my right foot. The second time wearing them I got an even worse pain in my foot that lasted hours after I took them off. I couldn't walk on my right foot. I tried them one more time and wore them to the local store. Again sever pain. On April 26, 2022 I tried to return the shoes to MP Tennis & Sports. They told me there was nothing they could do and suggested I contact the manufacturer (K-Swiss). I contacted K-Swiss today and they told me that I should go back to the retailer. They did offer a 50% discount but I don't think I want to spend any more money on one pair of shoes. I simply want a full refund for my shoes. It cannot be right that a consumer spends $105.00 on court shoes that are defective and both the store and the manufacturer won't stand behind their service. To make matters worse MP Tennis & Sports talked me into buying a $40.00 pair of insoles thinking that would solve the problem. It did not. I am not asking for a refund on the insoles. I just want my money returned. I am sure the retailer can get credit from K-Swiss.
