We had The clean machine team come out on Monday January 10th at 10:00 Am, steve came to clean our stairs, loft area , sons bedroom two area rugs and couches . When he first arrived he took a look around and then asked me if there was a gas station near by because he forgot to get gas, he left and came back he quickly got started, he does not lay any mats down to protect your flooring as he drags the hoses like other companies do, he did not pre treat the carpet or dry vacuum them prior to cleaning .... he used one tool and saturated our carpets as they were still wet 8 hours later . A thick gel like substance was left behind, They did not do the fronts of the stairs or the edges and left harsh lines where you could see the water was blasted in one spot . Once they completed the job steve dumped the water in my lawn and showed me as it drained ... the water was clear so that tells me nothing was sucked up !!!! once my husband got home he called Steve and expressed his concerns and let him know we were unhappy with the job, Steve offered to come clean our kitchen tile for half price .... clearly we do not want any more work done by this company!!!! That night I sent them a video and pictures showing how wet our carpets still were and how dirty they are , they informed me they do not do carpet repair (removing stains is not repairing carpet) unfortunately we had to hire another company to come correct their job and remove the soap left behind :.. they used 4 different tools !!!!! They did an amazing job and was able to remove the stains Steve couldn't , I the clean machine pictures of before and after and asked if they would be willing to at least cover what we paid to have it corrected they told me to not contact them again. Do not hire this company!!! And as I read below they are known to Dump their dirty water and that is illegal!!!!
