            BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning sales practice and contract issues. Specifically, consumers allege they were contacted by the business offering to market and rent their timeshare weeks within a set amount of time for a guaranteed minimum rate. Consumers were asked to pay up front fees for advertising the timeshare rental. After consumers pay the upfront fee the business did not follow through with any available rental offers.

            In July 2022, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. BBB has not received a response to date.

              I was contacted by Premier event solutions to market and rent out my timeshare. I was told that there was a 100% success rate backed by a full refund within 6 months if I didnt at a minimum receive the $2096. Ive contacted multiple times by ************* regarding rentals and or the refund of my deposit, and I have not received anything back.

              I was scammed too over 18 months ago and still waiting, stand by I'm very very close to finding ***********************, he's the one who promised me this wasn't a scam and he's the one that I'm holding accountable as I told him when he took my money. What goes around comes around and nobody likes to be robbed and thats what this company is doing to all of us. My concern is ****** and how he can do this to people knowing nobody is invisible.
