Went there today to buy 4 tires. The guy quoted me $202 per tire. I said ok. He messes around in his computer and then tells me over $3000 for 4 tires. I said you just told me $202 each. He said he must have misspoke . When I first went in, he wanted to sell me used tires. I should have walked out then. Theyre a bunch of crooks.

Scammed my 18 year old stepson. He bought tires and took his truck back to them when he had one messed up rim. He wanted to buy one tire and one rim and they told him he had to buy 4 tires and 4 rims. He was out of work and recently went back and he is having to pay 500.00 weekly. They had no proof that the vehicle was his because it’s not in his name. He also could not provide proof of residence because he has no bills in his name. This place is nothing but a complete scam. Never buy from them!!!

Read this Scam scam scam this place will **** u over I actually have two complaints; Recently was told I need new control arms on my car. Ended up taking to 3 other different mechanics all saying I didn’t need new control arms and from the quote I got from Rnr wheels they were actually going to charge me 1200$ to take the better quality control arms that were good off the car and replace them with cheep duralast control arms. The next complaint is they not only way overcharged me for everything wheels and tires but when I signed the paperwork for what I was agreeing to pay after making the 1st payment before it was even due I ask how much is the balance what I owe I was confused when it was 200$ more than I agreed to pay and they keep saying it’s fees or taxes the taxes alignments everything was already written on the top of the paper included in the price I agreed to pay I pay everything off at that point but 200$ over what I agreed to pay where they can’t explain what the extra 200$ was for. And total was 3400$ for wheels and tires so at 275$ each tire and the tires are actually 199 each at Walmart then each wheel there charging over 500$ each. There 209 each at carid. I mean they seen me coming good thing I can pay them off right away. If there was interest added in there later on I can’t imagine.

Total Rip off .....scam artist legally getting away robbing people ...its ridiculous They change what was said they would charge. Knowing i was a trusting guy. Veteran and senior over 65 disabiled. It has caused hardship.No empathy for the needy.

Absolutely horrible and deceptive business practices .Got four new tires and were told that we needed an alignment but needed a new part first.After getting the new part installed from another mechanic, my wife and I took it back and was then told we needed another part. In that time two of our tires were showing wires and bald. We never got the free alignment that was part of the contract we signed with them. They never attempted an alignment because the mechanic that sis the alignment said all the bolts still had rust on them and had no signs of any attempt of them being moved for the alignment. The were very helpful to get us to sign up for the payment plan for the 4 new tires, but very deceptive and horrible with everything there After. We have since got new tire elsewhere and given all the tires we got from them back to them.

they keep raising amount owed everytime time i turned around

Misleading liars!!!!! They cant do simple math or be upfront about cost! I plan to *** them for even just a few pennies they now owe me, JUST to be an inconvenience to them! I am so mad at this company. I told my self not to get tires from here and i did it anyway because i assumed they were legit. WRONG! I should have stuck to small town tire shops.

I went to the location on *********** in ******* after visiting a couple other tire shops. I had a great experience, they worked with me on pricing options, said they could get me in the same day, and the store manager even offered to get me the tires I wanted from another location. Unfortunately I had to leave the store due to a work emergency over lunch but I will be returning when I have a day off.

Went in for a nail in tire ,came out with 2 strip bolts ,and too top it off the tire tech and the person behind the desk were trying to hide it ,worst place too go,know I have too go too ********** too fix it ,now I have too take my time for them too fix it,they are a ******* joke,,never again,over priced tires,and inexperienced tire tech, south University
