Last Saturday, June 8th, AUTOPROS company towed my car after ***** minutes of my arrival, at 10:00 a.m.. I was there because I was meeting with *************************, who is the grandmother of my grandkids to take our grandkids to the community pool located in ******************************, where she has lived for the past 6 years. It took me 15 minutes to go inside *****'s apartment and come back to car where I left my bag pack, wallet and grandbaby's water, baby safety floaters, food, diapers, etc. The car was gone in a matter of ***** minutes without a warning.***** called immediately to AUTOPROS ******************************************** LLC after we figured out the name of the towing company that was holding my car and, they said it would cost $202 to recover the car, but it would be double the price if I pick it up after 12. I went there and ask them to lower the price, but they said they already discounted $70 dollars, which was not true. The car was towed between 10:15 and 10:20 A.M. THERE WAS NO WARNING! I picked up the car by 12, and had to pay with a DEBIT CARD BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS.This company is illegally towing cars without compelling with the first step of warning people. For more than a year I've been going every single Saturday to drop off or pick up my grandkids, I have ALWAYS parked in the same spot without receiving a warning. Is there any control on the prices they impose to people? I'm deeply hurt not only in the pocket. All the stuff that I had in the car and THE SCHEDULED PLANS for that day went to h*** thanks to these people just for greed.THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO HAVE A CONTROL AGENCY TO CHECK THE PRICES THEY IMPOSE TO PEOPLE. ALSO, NO ONE IS CONTROLLING THE WAY THEY OPERATE. THEY SUPPOSE TO GIVE PEOPLE A WARNING BEFORE TOWING THEIR VEHICLE. Please, consider the high volume of complaints that are posted in the reviews. I feel my rights have been violated. Thank you for your time and consideration to this matter.
