THIS TOWING COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULES ON TOWING, FOR ONE IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX IS THE MADISON AT LARGO, I HAVE VISUALLY SEEN THEM TRYING TO TOW CARS PRIOR TO THE 10 PM TIME WHEN ALL NON RESIDENTS CARS MUST BE PARKED IN A VISITORS SPOT, ALSO THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS WHEN BY LAW THEY MUST ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, I JUST SAW THEM RIDING THE PARKING LOT AT 12PM IN THE DAYTIME AND TRYING TO TOW THEN WHICH IS UNLAWFUL I HAVE THEM RECORDED DOING THIS. THEY ARE CHEATERS TO TRY TO GET PEOPLE WHO ARE BARELY MAKING IT TO TAKE ALL THEIR MONEY.

In response to your email about why our trucks are on the property at any certain time is because we do not only impound vehicles from the property but also patrol it as well. So if you see our trucks in the property we are checking to make sure there are no vehicles in violation and if they are we give them a warning. As for the credit card payment, I do apologize my employee at the office is new and he must have made a mistake and said we did not accept c.c. but we do and that is a simple mistake on our end. We are contracted by the property to make sure the residents and visitors follow their rules and we do go to the properties during the daytime also at night.

YOU ARE A FLAT OUT LIAR OR YOU PUT THE BLAME ON YOUR EMPLOYEES WHICH AT ANY RATE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR actions. IF I WERE TO EVEN BELIEVE YOU WHY DID MY DAUGHTERS BOYFRIEND CAR GET TOWED FROM OUR APT COMPLEX TOO BY YOUR COMPAMY AND YET YOU REFUSED CREDIT CARD THAT TIME AS WELL. IT'S NOT A COINCIDENCE IT'S BECAUSE YOU REFUSE THEM AND THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW.

I would like to start by saying no one is blaming anyone just informing you that our employee is still learning all the procedures and rules of the towing company and a mistake or miscommunication can be done by anyone. As for you calling us a liar that is very disrespectful for you not even knowing the facts, As for prices they are set by the county and we charge according to the fees and follow the procedures of the agreement of the properties we impound from.

I am blaming you for breaking the law period and you have no idea what the facts are I do and if every single person that is MADE to pay cash to get their car released because you flat refuse to take a credit card would file a legal complaint with the county then sooner rather than later you will be SHUT DOWN FOR NOT FOLLOWING THE ORDINANCES this is FACT because I know you were cited due to the complaint I filed since you refused to refund the fee. I'm at least doing my part to get you out of business. And I will spread the word to others who are treated the same for you breaking the law!

DISRESPECTFUL. USED RACIAL WORDS. Saying to me that he will knock my ***** *** Out. I was parked at my apartment complex but the pavement was getting repainted so everyone had to move their car. And this was the time that they came around and started towing if you did not have a parking permit and did not park in the visters parking spot. But how can you park in the visters parking spot if it's roped off to get spray painted ? I explained this to the driver which I didn't get his name And after all of the harsh words towards me and yelling at me in front of witnesses he then realized that he was wrong drop my car off and unhooked it without towing it.
But what about the others that were towed before I woke up and heard them taking mines ?

In which property was this? And on what date did this happen?

This happened on the same day that I left this comment. He was a tall white guy about 6'2 with blonde hair. This happened at the ********* of *********** apartments. I will be asking the apartment complex to drop the towing contract.

After speaking with my employee and one of the managers we was informed that no racial words where used from any of our staff the insults where the other way around. The property manager was also present and is aware of the situation. Since the owner of the vehicle came out we did do them the favor and dropped the vehicle. The apartment complex does inform the residents of when any work is being done at the property and lets them know if vehicles not moved they will be impounded at owners expense. Residents are informed in advance when any work is being done at the property so that residents can move the vehicles.

Yeah of course he is going to say that he didn't say anything racist or harsh language. But I have witnesses and cell phone recording which his co worker was there also recorded it on that day. So ask him for the full video. And yes I did get the letter from my complex to move our cars which I did and this is why our cars was towed. If the towing company would have gotten this same latter then all of this would have been avoided because he would have known not to tow cars on that day. I have no reason to lie on your employee. He is going to say that he didn't do anything. And you should know that....But anyway. I'm done with this issue I just wanted to informed you of your employee that you have working there. And one again I will be showing the video that I have to my attorney and I will also have the apartment complex drop your account unless your employee is disciplined and I receive a written apology. Is there any way you can forward that video to us here at the office. Did this gentleman in question (my employee have long or short hair? And the other coworker what did he look like? Would just like to get to the bottom of this.

This company is a predatory towing company who has towed cars from private property's. My parking permit was on the dash board but somehow found its way to the floor. I should have pasted it on the windshield. Besides the fact I was charged $150 for the tow. I was not allowed to pick my car up till morning. The manager stefon is beyond rude and disrespectful. During the night that my car got towed. I had contacted the Hillsborough county sherifs office regarding this issue. At first I had assumed my car was stolen. When police arived they did not see glass, and then the property security came and spoke with me and the officer on the seen. I had called AutoPros towing on speaker phone next to the building security and the Hillsborough county police officer and the dispatcher for this towing company gave me their boss number to call. I dial stefon number and called him. Again both security and the police officer where present for this. A little into the conversation I gave my phone to the police officer to talk to the manager regarding the tow. They both got into a heated exchange where stefon was mad his conversation was being recorded on police body camera. Also heard him saying the car be released for free if parking permit is there. A bit after the call, I had recived a call from Hillsborough county sherifs office asking me if I impersonated a police officer. I replied with no and gave the phone to the officer on the seen to speak with his dispatch. The issue regarding that was solved. At 10:45 on Wednesday morning I go pick up my car. Instead of it being free I was charged for the pick up even though I found the permit on the floor and showed it to the guy that was releasing my car. He claims he called his management, and was told stefon should have called upper management. With the guy that works there telling me. "Stefon is in a world of trouble for the things he does on nights. There is suppose to be super vision there and there is not. I called upper and was told to give you a discount instead of paying $178 you will pay $145 + fee. I payed it and left. Later that day I used the online website to dispute this but never heard back. So today Friday 9/17 I called and spoken to Linda the head office dispatcher. We spoke for 17 min and she said she was going to pass this information to Eddie which they told me was the owner. They told me to expect a call at lunch but never did so I drive to there location on Nebraska and call the office number where I spoke to Linda again. I ask to be transfred to Eddie instead she transfers me to stefon. Where he's heard on my cars dash cam saying he refuses to transfer me to his higher ups. "You where the one who threatened me last time with legal issues" and saying this was not my car. Which I responded by saying this is my car and you where talking to the Hillsborough county police officer throughout my phone. He went on to say he was going to call the corporal of the Hillsborough county sherifs office of this call. He then says get off our parking lot or we will call the police to remove you. Then goes on to say I'm going to do one even better and hangs up. You guys also did damages to my car on the mud gard on the right front passenger side. The mud guard is missing completely. This business is beyond unprofessional. I even offered to give him the officer dash cam footage when I received it regarding the issue.

MY NAME IS STEFAN AND I AM THE MANAGER WHO RESPONDED TO THIS SITUATION.AT 2AM ON 9/15/2021 I RECIEVED A CALL FROM MY DISPATCHER ADVISING ME OF A DISPUTE AND SITUATION INVOLVING MR *********.I ADVISED MY DISPATCHER TO GIVE HIM MY NUMBER AND I WOULD HANDLE IT. UPON ANSWERING HIS CALL ON MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER ,HE IMMEDIATELY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT WE ILLEGALLY TOWED HIS VEHICLE AND THEN TOLD ME I WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE SHERIFFS OFFICE AND WAS BEING RECORDED.I THEN INORMED HIM HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT ILLEGALLY TOWED AND ADVISED HIM THAT I DID NOT CONSENT TO BEING RECORDED.IT IS ILLEGAL TO RECORD OR INTERCEPT A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION IN FLORIDA WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES TO THE CONVERSATION.(FL STATUTE 934.03(2)(D). I THEN ADVISED MR ********* HAD HIS VEHICLE BEEN TOWED IN ERROR IT WOULD BE BROUGHT BACK NO CHARGE,HOWEVER HIS VEHICLE WAS TOWED FOR NO PARKING DECAL AND THERE WAS NO DECAL PRESENT OR VISIBLE ANYWHERE ON OR IN THE VEHICLE SO NO ERROR WAS MADE ON OUR PART.PHOTOS OF ANY VEHICLES THAT ARE IN VIOLATION ARE ALSO PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE BEING TOWED.AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH AND BEING A BIT CONFUSED AS TO WHO I WAS REALLY SPEAKING WITH,I TOLD MR ********* I WAS GOING TO END OUR CONVERSATION AND CALL THE SHERRIFS OFFICE.I CONTACTED A CORPORAL FROM HCSO WHO RETURNED MY CALL AND CLEARED THINGS UP FOR ME AS THIS WAS A CIVIL MATTER AND DID NOT CONCERN LAW ENFORCEMENT AT THAT POINT.THE PARKING RULES FOR THIS PARTICULAR COMMUNITY ARE CLEARLY POSTED IN ALL AREAS REQUIRED BY LAW AND ANY RESIDENT WHO HAS SIGNED A LEASE AGREEMENT AND RECIEVED A PARKING DECAL REQUIRED TO PARK IN RESIDENT PARKING AREAS(VISITOR SECTIONS ARE CLEARLY MARKED THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY) ARE INSTRUCTED TO PLACE THE PARKING DECAL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BACK WINDOW,NOT ON THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE.THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP BY MR ********* AND OUR OFFICE STAFF WALKED HIM TO HIS VEHICLE,MR ********* WENT STRAIGHT TO THE CENTER CONSOLE OPENED IT AND PRODUCED HIS PARKING DECAL.NO DAMAGE WAS MENTIONED AT THAT TIME EITHER. HE WAS EVEN GIVEN A DISCOUNT ON HIS TOW BILL TO HELP HIM OUT WICH WAS NOT REQUIRED AND NOT DUE TO ANY WRONG DOING ON OUR PART.SLANDERING OUR COMPANY IS NOT GOING TO HELP THIS SITUATION AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED DUE TO MR ********* NOT HAVING HIS DECAL PLACED ON HIS VEHICLE WHERE IT BELONGS AND WOULD BE VISIBLE TO OUR DRIVERS.AS FOR THE DAMAGES BEING CLAIMED,ONCE AGAIN NO MENTION OF ANY DAMAGES WERE MADE AT THE TIME MR ********* PICKED UP HIS CAR.HE CAME BACK DAYS LATER DEMANDING A FULL REFUND AND CLAIMING DAMAGE TO HIS VEHICLE.NEVER ONCE WAS I DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS OR CURSE AT MR ********* HOWEVER HE DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHO HIRED ME TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES AND WAS UNAVAILABLE . MR ********* REFUSED TO "DEAL WITH ME" WHICH IS WHY OUR SECOND CONVERSATION WAS ENDED.WE APPOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, HOWEVER TOWING RULES EXIST AND ARE ENFORCED TO ENSURE THAT RESIDENTS HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THEM WHERE THEY RESIDE. IT IS UP TO BOTH RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO OBEY THESE RULES AT ALL TIMES OR THEY ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED.
