Towed my vehicle for reversed parking, when contacted they told me there was signage that states there’s no reverse parking and “go find the signage as it’s everywhere.” There was indeed NO signage that states that. Thankfully was able to get my car released because of the Apartment but they’re absolutely ****.

Recently had a Target Recovery & Towing tow a vehicle from a gated community for "the plates not matching the registration" and not an actual parking violation. In brief, the vehicle was recently purchased less than a month ago and a temporary registration was issued while the dealership processes the transfer (done in the ordinary course of business for dealerships), which normally takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks after driving off of the lot. Additionally, I went to the impound lot to obtain my vehicle and they wanted to charge me "an after hours fee" because I was there past 6pm, by which was no fault of my own. Absolutely no professionalism, their office appears to be out of code and their "place of business" is hanging on by random artifacts that were likely abandoned in a junk yard. Check every line item charge, ask questions and notate names, dates and times.

This company deserves 0 Stars the customer Service is horrible and they treat their customers like absolute trash. I was called a female dog and dumb. I have a video of the employee flicking me off this is absolutely unacceptable.

Theyre trash horrible, I just asked the guy over the phone Im not understanding with the worst possible attitude this guy responds with Im saying this loud and clear are you deaf worst experience in my life !

This company is extremely unprofessional and DANGEROUS. Not knowing that our vehicle was towed we had a stranger aggressively approach ** and ask what we were looking for when we said our vehicle he said " I towed your shit" Not knowing he was even employee of a legitimate company at the time. The guy is looking for a fight. After paying in "Cash Only" we asked for a receipt and the same "Man" told ** "No!" and when we asked again he pulled a gun on ** and chased ** down the road saying he was going to "Splatter" our brains all over the side walk. Obviously tow truck drivers have a Dangerous Job but they CAN NOT pull a GUN on ** for asking for a receipt. He proceeded to call my wife a b**** as he chased ** with a GUN pointed to the back of my head asking me "What I was going to do about it" Cash only is to hide funds from the **** The provoking nature is to claim a "Stand your ground" case as an excuse to MURDER someone. Thankfully my back was turned and he couldn't have shot me in the back of my head and Won a "Stand your Ground case" If they tow you show up with law enforcement! We have been in contact with City Officials and are seeking criminal charges but in the mean time just please show up with Law Enforcement.
