Tried for two days to get a contact back, and had to recontract back today. Got a person named JUSTIN. I own a large business, employing many peoples, for many years. I have VERY HIGH GOOGLE REVIEWS, Facebook Reviews and many more. I needed help getting equipment for a senior lady that her lawyer needed a audio to text documentation, to help another special needs adult with help getting more services. I absolutely know that there is a way to have her dictate into a recorder, with wife and a hookup to somewhere else later, or then, even if they do not have a computer, which many seniors do not! In fact, when I was in college, I worked one summer, for Dictaphone Corporation, so I know that had it then for doctors and lawyers, BEFORE PCS. Even if a secretary later transcribed it. Trust me. This was so important to help this person who had been abused by the system during Covid and beyond. But JUSTIN decided to be as rude as anything and didn't even try to help. And, in fact, could not have BEEN NASTIER OR MORE CURT. If this person works for them, he should be immediately fired. If he owns this business. NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND HIM. BUYER BEWARE. BEYOND DISGUSTED.

I dont think we are going to have anything that fits your use case. We deal mainly with physicians and attorneys - and all of the equipment requires a computer
It would all be digital recorders and transcribers that require use of a computer
Same with the speech recognition technology we provide - all requires a computer and i am afraid would be ****** complicated for her to use
