I am so happy I found Street Smart Transmission. I had no idea the entire process could be this painless! I found the information on the web site informative enough for me to make a solid decision. Ordering was a breeze and the transmission shipped to the shop right away. The communication along the way was top notch so I knew and the shop knew what to expect. The fact that I did not have to pay a core fee nor shipping saved me so much money and hassle. With the new transmission installed, I've already initiated the pickup of the bad transmission from the shop and received prompt communication as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Great price, excellent warranty and quick delivery. The reman transmission for my 2000 Honda Odyssey arrived in two days. It was delivered well packaged (with the torque converter, Hayden cooler and transmission fluid) to a a transmission repair shop for installation. Smart Street Transmission offered one of the best warranty - 5-years parts and labor unlimited miles warranty. The price and warranty of my reman transmission is very nice compared to other reman companies. Purchase of the unit and return of the old transmission was pretty straightforward and painless. It remains to be seen how long this reman transmission last and how well they tlfullfil any future warranty claims; Hopefully no issues and no warranty claims needed. For now, they deserved 5-star.Review from Victor P

Excellent service very knowledgeable. Quick delivery and very knowledgeable customer service. Ordered a valve body that made the transmission work like new again smooth shifting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to save money and time. Thank you so much .Review from Christopher I

They had the valve body I needed and shipped it immediately. Once installed, not only was my error code fixed, the transmission shifted like it was new. It was so smooth you could hardly feel it. I would recommend this company to everyone. They even supplied the packaging and return label to ship them back the core as well as didn't charge for the core ahead of time. I am one happy customer and you will be too. One last thing, a 3 year warranty too!Review from Jonathan M

Superior customer service, along with knowing every little thing about my specific ****** transmission. I HIGHLY recommend Street Smart for all of your needs! I ordered a rebuild transmission for a 2019 Suburban. The whole process was very easy. The staff were very knowledgeable. The transmission came complete with new torque converter, TCM, and installation manual. Transmission was ship to me in a secured shipping container. I am very pleased with the performance and how smooth the new transmission drive.Review from Paul G

Been doing business with streetsmart for a few years and never had any issues, but recently the last 2 transmissions we received arrived with problems prior to installing them, one had a striped cooler line mount bolt we had to deal with, the second one arrived with a crushed pan we had to swap with ours before returning the core. Other than what I mentioned, we've been very happy with the reman transmissions from streetsmart. I hope this won't continue, as we plan to continue to do business with them.Review from Gene T

Doing business online was easy.All dates were met. Pick up of core scheduled tomorrow. Work on auto is complete and well done,works as it should. Installer is happy with results. I am too.
