We paid the company "Blue One Transportation" $90 cash to transport us from Raymond James Stadium, to downtown Tampa near Amalie Arena. The bus driver oversold the bus, and preceded to make people stand in a bus that was designed to have 25 seated passengers. By the time the bus was underway, there were at least 27/28 people on the bus. ​I then had to lap sit to make a seat for an elderly lady the bus driver was going to let stand up without a place to hold on. We paid $15 a person for safe transport, in our own seats, for about 5 miles. The company showed a reckless disregard for safety to make another $45. The driver would not remove anyone from the overcapacity bus, would not issue refunds, and generally ignored everyone on the bus. I did not get the drivers name, but I do know he was a Hispanic male. The USDOT number of the bus was #XXXXXXXFL. We have a short video as evidence, but your support documents does not allow for uploading videos. Attached instead are screenshots from the video inside the overcrowded bus.Business response

Blue One Transportation strives to provide A SAFE, COURTEOUS AND COST EEFECTIVE mode of transportation to events throughout Tampa Bay. We would never intentionally exceed passengers limits , as we take safety very seriously. Unfortunately we fell short of meeting your expectations. We would like to apologies for the drivers over look on safety as he should have not over looked the amount of passengers in the vehicle. We have had a meeting with all drivers and are sure this will never happen again. We would like to refund the guest all of their money. Please have them contact us.
