We booked through this company for an event called "Home Bass" where they block out rooms in a hotel for people who are all attending a specific event. Apparently, the people who booked this place did so sight unseen. When we arrived at the hotel, we found the dumpiest, dirtiest room we have ever stayed in. The room immediately smelled of mildew and was muggy and humid inside. Everything was damp. There was visible mold in the room. Some of the lamps were missing lightbulbs. Our refrigerator was broken (something that was promised on the amenities). The beds were also definitely not queen size, also listed on the amenities as promised/guaranteed. We found a mouse and ants in our room. We found stains in the bed and on the curtains. The toilet only flushed properly every 3rd time you did it. I have contacted them through email and phone to no avail. They will not answer. They need to make this right.Business response
