      I have been harassed for over a month from this company by phone calls, text messages, emails with an attached contract pressuring me to sign it. They start calling from 4AM PST and never stop. I have spoken to them and asked them countless time to stop calling me. I have opted out (replied STOP) to every single text message I ever received. I recorded all the calls I took from them. I called the company owner in ******* and also recorded this call asking me extremely clearly for over 10 minutes to remove me from their database. To stop calling me. To never call me again. They keep calling and calling and calling. I have also filed a complaint with the *** as this is fraudulent harassment. They are crooks running a call center and should be shut down immediately.I have all the text messages, phone calls recorded to provide to anyone who would like to sue them or join in the complaint with the ***.They keep changing a digit or two in the phone numbers they use to harass people constantly despite blocking the phone numbers every time. They truly are scumbags and you would be out of your mind to ever think of using them to transport a vehicle. Criminals.

It has removed your number and email from the follow up list. For some reason your request was received multiple times (on Aug 9th, 15th, 26th and 29th) , this is the reason why a few agents were trying to get in touch with you at the same time.       I am still being harassed and contacted by both of your entities and on one of the screenshots the pick up and destination has been changed to ********, AZ to *********************, which is completely obvious that your company and your employees are purely harassing me. 

      Your company needs to be criminally charged for its harassing practices.

However, your request originally is coming from the lead source website. Means that it was shared between couple of companies.       I have checked and they were all from True Carriers, see attached files. I have also several recorded calls (I did inform your staff that they were being recorded) asking them repeatedly to remove me from your database which they laughed at and hung up, and one of them just said well just block my number - Except your staff constantly changes the last four digits of their phone numbers. 

      Look at the time they are calling me as well. 4AM the calls start. And every time it's a new number which I add to the blocked list. 

      Regarding your "it comes from the  main lead website" argument - I only requested a quote on TRUECARRIER.COM - Clearly I have figured out you share your leads with other shell entities. It's not my problem. And you are legally not authorized to keep harassing people once they have opted out of every single form of communication several times. 

      I will let St *********** police department do their work from there.

      I filled out an online form for a quote to get my car towed and have received countless spam calls and texts from various phone numbers since. I have repeatedly unsubscribed from the texts but it appears the business has given out my information to multiple different companies. If they do not stop contacting me I will pursue legal action.

      My vehicle was contracted to be transported by True Carriers on Aug. 17th , it was finally delivered to my home on the 30th of Aug. as soon as they opend the door of the trailer I seen my front wheels were both pointed outward , closer inspection showedthe front fender , and bumper had been hit and torn loose , as I walked back the length of the car I noticed my battery was laying on the front seat of my car , as I got to the rear I noticed the rear bumper had been smashed in also , upon talking to the driver he (Knew nothing about how any of it happened). Upon calling true carriers they told me I should contact the driver , I told them I had no clue who the driver was , they Contracted him , not me. After Finally get an ***************** name and beginning a Claim, the ***************** informed me the policy had been cancelled 4 month's prior...sorry about my luck..After turning it into my own Company , my car was considered a total loss , and they paid it off and took the car.....this company should not be allowed to stay in business if they oversee who they contract this poorly....NEVER AGAIN

      We are truly sorry about the situation you have faced with! I checked with your shipping agent, and i was told the drier was going to cover everything from his side directly. Your shipping agent also said he hasnt heard from you after that. I was able to pull up the info on the carrier from FMCSA website (we check all drivers there as it has to be done) and it shoves carriers insurance was cancelled on 9/29/2023.       I ordered true carrier to transport my car my car has been sitting for a while so I purchased a battery tinder before tow truck got there to maintain battery product was in front trunk before shipped when car reached destination the tow truck operator who spoke no English dropped my car off and i advised mechanic to check for my battery tender it was not there tow truck driver took product from my car and havent responded to any of my demands for my product back true carrier hires theives and wont take responsibility for stolen accessories out my car

After checking records of the sale agent who assisted you with shipping this vehicle, we were able to understand that he reached out to the driver as soon as you contacted him about this case. The driver stated that he has never taken anything from the vehicle. We couldnt find any records of the sale agent been given heads up about this item in the car before pick up either. According to the signed contract, on the page 2 in the paragraph 8. Terms and Conditions its written: 8. Client agrees and understands that vehicle(s) must be free of cargo as neither True?arriers LLC nor Carrier are licensed or insured to handle the transportation of Household Goods. Damage to, loss of, or fines issued to Carrier resulting from any unauthorized cargo present in vehicle during shipment are the sole responsibility of Client. In addition, Client must prepare vehicle for transport by providing all keys, disarming and providing necessary remotes for any alarm systems, removing tags, plates and easy passes, and removing or retracting all antennas, loose items and/or protruding accessories from vehicle. No electronic equipment, valuables, plants, live pets, alcohol, drugs or firearms may be left in the vehicle. True?arriers LLC and Carrier may not be held responsible for any damage to, loss of or damage caused by items left in Clients vehicle during transport. 
      We understand that it cant change the situation, but we are not able to be present at any of the locations ourselves to assure which items/cargo was placed inside and to make a record of it and cant check upon delivery if it was delivered same way or anything was different. We notify each customer that the driver will be providing a BOL at each location to confirm vehicles condition upon pick up, that is the only thing that could help us to confirm its absence if that would be marked as missing on delivery and marked present on pickup.

      On July 30, 2023 we had to leave our vehicle in ********. On the way home I told my wife to ****** car transportation and post the need for transporting the vehicle back to ********, **. On Sunday I received no less than 15 text and emails from different brokers that were interested. One of these was ************ from True Carriers. He initially quoted me $300 by text. My response to all carriers was, "Can I call tomorrow, I still need to see if the vehicle is drivable." Monday around 5 PM we started talking about rates after I found out it was more than likely not drivable bc the **** dealership was 2-3 weeks out from looking at it. After that he quoted $550 door to door. I asked to send an official quote and insurance. I was interested in locking in the rate but did not finalize the payment because the website they used was unsecure. I received a server being maintained response. We continued to talk that afternoon into Tuesday. The next confirmation was a new quote of around $800 and I rejected that because of the original quote. That quotes fluctuated a couple of times more but no confirmation of securing the $550 that was originally quoted after the car was deemed inoperable. After having no luck Tuesday I followed up Wednesday 7:30am and could not get a confirmation of the $550 and I refused to go up on the cost. I told him I was making alternate arrangements because of the lack of communication. He sent a passive aggressive text back: "Look, I'm the broker, I have access to every single driver on route. If I don't have a driver - no one else has, I'm calling every person with the winch who can potentially load it to make it happen." I didn't like the tone of the text so I followed up with a few others that contacted me Monday. I did talk to "*****" morning and he suggested he was not going to be able to work it out, that maybe we should just stop pursuing the load. I had another company make contact around lunch secure the driver by noon.

We reviewed your complaint, checked all texts with the sale agent and you and brought it to his attention to prevent in future any communication like this. As for the quote, he was providing with options received by that time. We are a broker company and can provide only with estimate quotes based on recently accepted vehicles on similar route. Unfortunately, some drivers may ask for way more and if its time sensitive for the Client the sale agent will provide with all options received from drivers. If the Client is a flexible, the sale agent will be having a chance to get more options which equals to getting more chances of getting drier for the quoted rate with all paperwork required from the carrier. We ask for your understanding, that sometimes we may get options asap from drivers, but they will have high rate of deductible amount on the carrier insurance or issues with some paperwork. Its our job to secure a driver who would have all paperwork on file and would have good reviews to provide safe and reliable transportation of your vehicle.

      We would like to bring more light into the situation by attaching all text correspondence since the time you were checking for updates and also the contract You signed with our company. In the text messages you can see that shipping agent was replying to all messages on timely manner of and before his business hours and providing all necessary updates. We are sorry that he was providing less updates then expected by texting first. The shipping agent was looking for the carrier company within given time and quote in the contract. Once the driver was selected matching all requirements, the sale agent assigned the carrier company and sent a confirmation with drivers info on the 2nd available pick up date. Please, we would like to ask for your attention to the paragraph 7.Cancellations and Fees its written: 1. If Client's vehicle is not picked up within 5 business days from the first available date Client can opt out of this agreement with no penalties. and 10. True?arriers.com reserves the right of assigning a carrier to the client's order if all the original terms are met without additional clients confirmation. (1st page of the contract). In the paragraph 8. terms & conditions its indicated: 9. It is Clients responsibility to ensure that vehicle(s) is(are) ready to be released to the chosen Carrier by the projected pickup date provided by Client at the time of order placement. Failure to release vehicle(s) for any reason (including but not limited to: storage, auction, port, towing, mechanical, purchase fees, scheduling or personal issues, etc. ) may result in cancellation and/or a Dry Run fee. Standard fee for Dry-Run is Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Client may elect to reschedule a new Carrier through True?arriers LLC (additional fees apply). All deposits are final and non- refundable. You can see there was no notice oor request to cancel the order in the text communication attached to the reply. The sale agent provided service assigning the driver on timely manner of the signed contract by the Client. As mentioned in the last mentioned paragraph, Its Clients responsibility to ensure that vehicle is ready to be released to the chosen carrier.       It began with the price going from 825 to **** (which you can see from the reviews is a common occurrence)if that wasnt bad enough I paid with a credit card and understood, even asked, if that is where it will all be billed.get to the destination and the driver is demanding cash. Tried calling the broker on a Saturday, left voicemail, sent texts sent emailzilch. Paid driver the *** allowable withdrawal from an out of town atm and told him to come back tomorrow.       We understand how frustrating it can be when shipping doesnt go as planned and we are as a broker company trying to make it always as smooth as possible from our side. We reviewed all text correspondence after notification of damage and attaching all of them to our reply here, along with the contract signed with you, email received from Progressive after they reviewed estimate for repair, receipt of refund from our side. 
      We would like to bring a bit more light to this situation after reviewing all the details of the case. The carrier company was/is insured by Progressive. We got an email, which attached to this reply, where representative of the insurance company states that the estimate repaid of the damage claimed is $776, when the deductible of the insurance policy is $2500. Meaning, that insurance company does not take responsibility for the any damage that *** have occurred, it must be resolved directly with the driver as its carriers responsibility to compensate confirmed damages below deductible level. The carrier company stated that had to go through resolving this matter with the client through their attorney due to a lot of harassments received after the case was claimed. According to all text messages attached, our shipping agent would never left any message or concerned mentioned ignored, he was responsive on timely manner. According to the signed contract with which Terms customer agreed, its considered that we performed our service in full once the vehicle was assigned and picked up by the insured carrier. Nevertheless, the shipping agent proceeded with refund of the broker fee to help the client out with covering cost of the claimed damage. 
      We would like to underline some terms of the contract we agreed to once received a copy of signed contract by the Client, one of them is in paragraph 8. Terms & Conditions: 6. True?arriers LLC will not charge the Deposit (which constitutes True?arriers LLC service fee) until Clients vehicle is picked up by the Carrier assigned for shipment. However, once the vehicle(s) is(are) dispatched and a Carrier has been scheduled to pick up Clients vehicle True?arriers LLC fee/deposit is due. Upon dispatching vehicle(s) to the Carrier selected and sending information about the Carrier to the Client, Client accepts the services from True?arriers LLC to be satisfactory and complete and agrees not to hold True?arriers LLC liable for any delays, damages, or not proper service provided by the Carrier. Any service fees or deposits unpaid by the time of delivery will be added to the remaining balance and either collected by Carrier on delivery or charged on the credit card provided in this agreement before the vehicle(s) will be released at delivery. All deposits and service fees are final and non-refundable. Client agrees not to hold True?arriers LLC liable for Carriers inability to deliver vehicle (vehicles), or for any damages. Client agrees and understands that such cases should be solved between the Carrier and The Client directly. AND 14. This contract is subject to all the terms and conditions of Carriers straight bill of lading and any liability exclusions therein. True?arriers LLC has no responsibility or liability for any damage to vehicle(s) and/or the contents of said vehicle(s) during transport or at any other time. Client or Agent should under no circumstances release or receive vehicle(s) from Carrier without an inspection report (Bill of Lading/***) regardless of the time of day or weather conditions. Carrier and Client, or Agent, are required to verify, sign and obtain a copy of both pick up and delivery inspection reports. Failure to do so *** result in Clients inability to file a damage claim. Its Clients responsibility to mark mileage on odometer during pickup procedures. Any changes on odometer must be reflected on the Bill of Lading and signed by the Carrier on delivery location. Carriers insurance will ONLY process claims for damages due to Carriers own negligence. Damage must be reported to True?arriers LLC within 24 hours of delivery and clearly listed on the *** and signed by Carriers driver, no exceptions. In the event there is damage during transport, Client (or designated Agent) must note those damages on the final inspection report, pay the remaining balance stated in this agreement (all monies owed for transport must be paid) and then contact Carriers head office as well as Carriers insurance company. Client will have to submit in writing a description of damage, clear pictures, and 2 estimates within 10 days of receipt of said vehicle directly to the designated carrier and his insurance company for any resolution to be initiated. Failure to note any damage on the final inspection report releases Carrier of any liability and could result in the inability to process a damage claim. Client agrees that True?arriers LLC is not liable for any property damage claims to Clients vehicle and that his, her or its sole remedy is against the Carrier. Client agrees and understands that True?arriers LLC is a registered transportation and property broker and is acting solely in the capacity of a broker. Client allows True?arriers LLC to contract with other licensed and insured Motor Carrier(s), (hereinafter referred to as "Carrier"), to transport the vehicle(s) described in this shipping order. True?arriers LLC and Carrier reserve the right to us
      e multiple modes of transportation, including but not limited to truck, rail and ship. (Page 3 of the signed contract). If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to contact us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. Grammarthis is a jumbled response and is, beyond the attempt to dodge liability, quite difficult to understand. 

      2. No Bill of Lading BOL was provided; I asked repeatedly, allegedly ***** asked and it was never provided

      3. The insurance that you mention is progressive and the carrier themselves possess this insurance. However, their driver; ******************************* was not on their policy either in name or vehicle. Thus, Progressive will not cover it in addition to their estimate being what it is. This is the same reason ***** wont cover it as Timothys vehicle is owned by another party. He is at fault but the insurance company is not liable. 

      4. I have an estimate for just above 900 dollars and have had it for some time. 

      5. You, hired a company with an abysmal rating. Attempted to portray it as otherwise with bogus ratings. At one point you even mention that this is what you get at that priceultimately admitting again culpable knowledge. 

      6. No BOL, ************ or insurable driver and a company that is unreachable and unaccountable.

The same process at the delivery: check the vehicle, sign bill of lading, pay the driver, accept the vehicle. No ***, no further steps should be taken. Your shipping agent never gave up on asking *** from the carrier company from his side. 
      3. This is the insurance we were provided by the carrier company. In case if the carrier company assigns the vehicle for transportation on the truck that is not mentioned in their insurance, they are taking responsibility for any damages caused. The same as if the estimate of the damage is below deductible amount. 
      4. The lowest possible deductible in the car shipping industry is $1 000. The carrier company would have to take responsibility for that directly.
      5. Could you show any messages or emails where it was mentioned? The carrier company has a high rating of ****% according to the old rating system and 4.9 (out of 5) according to the new rating system on the national board CentralDispatch.com where each carrier gets rating for each load shipped. Company joined the national board in 2012. In my personal opinion, this is a high rating to keep on for over 10 years. Screenshots from the ************** are attached. 
      6. The *** must have been requested at the locations, the carrier company has the insurance and it's even confirmed by FMCSA. The last time the shipping agent tried to reach the carrier to request the ***, he was told that they had to contact their attorney because of the harassment received from the customer's side and all further communication must be done through it. The screenshot of that message is attached.

      A BOL and all the problems associated with it could have been solved had you been reachable. You were AWOL as was anyone in your company or theirs when it came to insurance, BOL or how it went from Credit Card to cash all of a sudden when we arrived. 
      The insurance, once again, does not cover the driver you assigned. There was no verification of this by you the broker with the company you chose. There were no steps in place to insure that drivers are covered as are the carriers that you chose. 
      You present, again, albeit a different version of a website that has one rating and was likely created in someones basement. The rating I used took led to  the federal government's website which told a much different story of the exalted carrier you chose. Attached
      You have taken responsibility for this through your words, when youve stated that youd take care of itthe repairs. ***** then stated that the driver will and then in the same breath state that the carrier will. In every instance and at every step youve tried to dodge, stall and shake off your responsibility. 
      As far as a repair bill, youve got it and it was within the ten day period. It was sent to you and the carrier. Just another stall. 
      Your total dereliction to verify a carrier with a national government standard vs someones private web site for interstate commerce, admitting that you dont for Not for power towing units going form one dead place to another with not a single available driver going through but anyway, we are waiting on the repairman's word so we can forward it to the driver
      You are responsible, you have stated as much in word and in deed.

      Was quoted $520 to haul/deliver vehicle, 3 weeks later when driver found demanded $1150- *********** tactic. Grudgingly I accepted a $850 fee

      We apologize for any misunderstanding. We are providing quotes based on recently accepted vehicles on the National Board,  but the quote is up to the driver's confirmation. Due to everyday changing market it's difficult to provide exact rate from the beginning. It's mentioned in the signed contract, in the paragraph "8. Terms and Conditions" on the 2nd page: "4. ... Client understands that Estimated Rate contract reflects estimated the cost and is a subject for driver confirmation. In case any alternative offers are received from the carriers they will be passed to the client for his consideration. A customer has the right to accept or reject any offer.".       I am rejecting this response because: a quote is a quote, generally good for 30 days. Estimate is a ballpark figure, however 200% difference is not ballpark. If you stay current on the National boards you wouldve estimated $1150 not quoted $520
