      Sent a completely different remote then what I ordered then I had to pay return shipping - over 50% of cost. What a waste of time

      Do not order from them! The company does have many names. I ordered 2 remotes that were suppose to be originals, they turned out to be replacements and as such do not work correctly. Plus they were expensive. I am in the process of returning they (not sure if I will be able to) I did get to speak to a real person, when I called their number listed - I clicked#4 which is for Commercial companies. When i filed the return on the website I got back the email below Thank you for submitting a return request, your request will be processed as soon as possible. This return will be reviewed by a member of our team to ensure quality customer service. Please hold off on emailing or calling ** during the processing time period. I am waiting to see what happens. I don't recommend using this company AKA Electronic Adventures

      Scam! Do not order here. Ordered remote, correct serial, picture of **********************, said in stock. Received different remote. I thought maybe, someone could explain how to use (no operation book enclosed). Tried to call, got recording with no way to talk to a live person, After investigation, this company has many names and tel #'s... No way to talk to a live person with any number?????DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR COMPANYS!!!!! Scam!Couldn't leave a ***** rating....

      We have an electronic way of communicating with us, either emailing us direct from our website or replying to any of your confirmation emails; order or tracking messages.

      From the home page of this retailer's website: "Original remote controls: TV remote controls, Television remotes, Home Theater remotes, Blu-Ray remotes, Netflix remotes, Sound Bar remotes and more !" Here is the website response for a specific remote: "BRAND NEW ORIGINAL PHILIPS-MAGNAVOX . . . TV REMOTE CONTROL ( . . .)." The accompanying picture on the website is an exact duplicate of the Philips-Magnavox remote control. The remote control was ordered in early March 2023 when the BBB website (stating that the retailer was not BBB accredited) assigned an "A-" rating. Perhaps one should consider how this retailer, unlike other replacement remote control retailers, could offer so many original manufacturer remote control devices. However, relying on the website language, I purchased from this retailer rather than from another. The device that the retailer shipped arrived timely and operates properly. However, it is not an "original Philips-Magnavox remote control. The packaging with the delivered remote states: "Your original remote has been discontinued by the manufacturer but no need to worry. "Enclosed you will find a full function replacement remote." Seeing the other reviews, I conclude that my experience with this retailer is not unique. Given the relatively low price of replacement remote controls and the fact that the non-original remote functions properly (I repeat, it functions properly), it is unlikely that I (and perhaps many other purchasers) will effect a return; it would be surprising if the retailer did not realize this. Please consider whether this type of marketing could fall under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 USC 45), which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware).

      Unable to assess the accuracy of the explanation provided to me, I report that the retailer acted within one day to address the problem to my satisfaction. Based on the retailer's prompt and complete action, I consider the matter fully resolved. I thank the retailer for its prompt action and the Better Business Bureau for its prompt involvement.

      I did order a lg blue ray remote AKB73615801 LG the company say it was delivered bye usps on my 10 and I was in home at the time they said it was delivered. I never got the remote, I paid around 23 dlls for that so I will never buy nothing from this company. Period.

      The remote I received is not the one I ordered. I would like a FULL refund including the shipping cost which comes to the total amount of $22.55. I also would like a prepaid envelope to ship this remote back. I have sent a request on the website with no success and trying to reach anyone on the phone is like trying to sell ice to an Eskimo. Thank you and please do not hesitate to contact me.

      The remote I received is not the one I ordered. The remote is not working. I would like a refund for the price(14.99) and shipping (7.99). I also would like a prepaid envelope to ship this remote back to the Co.

      Same as everybody else said. Just theives that our Government tells it's Ok keep screwing them we don't care. Received a remote not close to the one I ordered and is unlike any remote I could find anywhere it is useless. I have to leave a star when they're not worth one tenth of a star.
