This store has an absolutely horrible ordering system and will not be transparent on when you can expect to receive your order. I paid for and placed my order over a month ago to ensure the required uniforms would arrive at the start of school and to avoid the last minute rush and I still have not received it. The store has kept me in limbo for over a month. My child is going on over a month of attending school without their proper uniform. Ridiculous! Horrible service and terrible inventory management! When I call the store I have been told they have no idea when they will receive my order. This is THEFT as I paid this company for products that they clearly are unable to provide.Business response

We apologize for the delay with your order. Several items were out of stock and took a few weeks to become available and complete production. As of today, your order has shipped, with the exception of one charcoal pant, which is currently on backorder. Please find the tracking information listed below.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for shipping part of the order. However, my son remains out of compliance with the required school uniform. It has been over a month since I placed my order. Considering how much time has passed and you are still unable to ship the needed items, I would like you to provide me with more transparency and an expected shipping timeframe for the charcoal pants you were unable to ship. Please do not respond to me with a vague answer on when I can expect it or provide me with a refund so I can tell the school administrator they are partnered with a company who cannot provide the needed uniforms for their students.

On August 8th, 2023 my wife *************************** placed an order for our son ******* for St. ******* school uniforms. As of this date we've received none of the order, heard from no one from this company and had (3) voicemail messages unreturned. We are seeking a full and immediate refund.Business response

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do see 7 out of 12 pieces were taken the day the order was placed. 5 pieces are marked on backorder which are all pull on shorts with logo size 7. It appears this ticket may have been misplaced? I'm looking into it now. I will have our store reach out to you and refund for the items that were not received. Always feel free to visit our website and email our customer service link. 8/26/22 invoice #RS08262210077872 Order for merchandise was placed on 8/26 order never received, no answer when calls are attempted to the store. Received 1 email on 10/5/22 promising delivery the week of 10/17/22 and nothing has been delivered nor has the merchant attempted to resolve the issue.Business response
