Hello I purchased product in 10/10/2023.I had a 60 day warranty.However when first purchased I told them the fridge was making loud noises they claimed it was normal.Even though I called several times to tell them this and no one ever came out.I asked for the manager to call me on multiple times he never called I reported the issue to them again a few days ago I asked for someone to come out again manger never gets on the phone the person that answered asked me to send text messages and I did several of them they referred me to someone that doesnt work with them they couldnt understand English I then called them back me and my husband in three way they said they would talk to him And have him come out he never showed up they sold me a fridge with a bad compressor they took my old fridge that had nothing wrong with it so I got a bad end of deal I want them to at least fix my fridge or come get this one and give me my money back I paid cash for a fridge that didnt even last 6 months they knew it was bad when they sold it this place is not customer service friendly at all and are not willing to exchange or fix the problem or even allow you to talk to manger I will never go back to this place again people need to be warned they fix fridge as a temporary fix sell them and know they wont last not to mention they told me this was a newer model and had no issue when In fact its over 10 years old according to ******* they totally lied about everything
