I purchased a car from an online dealer. We had discussed issues with the car (peeling clearcoat on rear bumper, loose headliner. Photos of the car showed a very clean car other than those items, and he indicated no other issues with the car in our conversations.When I received the car, I found:Peeling clearcoat on every body panel, along with discolored paint on two panels. Seat belt doesn't work. Horn doesn't work. Power door locks don't work. Stereo doesn't work.Driver's visor is broken off. FUEL FILLER DOOR CANNOT OPEN, CAN'T FILL THE CAR WITH GAS. The transmission has a problem, grinding in 3rd gear. Rear hatch doesn't open. Power steering doesn't function. Taillight lens is broken. Upholstery cloth has peeled off the left side door panels. The driver's door has been sloppily glued on, the left rear has been left off. 'Error' appears on dash when ignition key is turned. The car can start, but can only go as far is this half tank of gas will get me.Salesperson claims "I sold you a running and driving car", and tells me that he knew nothing about any of these issues. (but when car resellers buy these cars at dealer auctions, these issues are fully known). If you look at the ad (attached) there are no disclosures of any type, and he disclosed nothing the several times we were on the phone about the car. He keeps telling me that 'The manager will get back with me', but he may very well be the manager, and I haven't received any communication from them. The car was delivered 8/1/2024
