When I first bought my car from this company I thought that I had made a great decision on my journey to build my credit. I bought the vehicle from **** in the office of Car Choice. When he sold it to me it came with a warranty and he also sold me a third party guarantee I was paying $100 monthly for that would cover a plethora of things that could go wrong with the vehicle. 6-7 months into my purchase with this vehicle I started having some mechanical issues that were supposed to be covered under my stated guarantee I was supposed to go to a mechanic and pay the $100 deductible for the repair. When I stated my policy number to mechanics trying to get the repair I was told that my policy doesnt exist and that I dont have an account with the guarantee company that I was paying monthly. I had to call my credit card company to get the monthly payments returned to my card because of the fact I was paying for a service that I didnt have access too. The problems on my car kept worsening, I got warnings on my dashboard about overheating problems and pulling over safely. I took the car to a mechanic who worked on it and made these signals go away on my vehicle after that repair I was back to driving my car normally until it came to its last ride and left me stranded in Largo where I had to pay a tow truck to take it from mechanic to mechanic for months trying to figure out where I can get it repaired I even reached out to the dealer multiple times for help and didnt even receive a reply! Ive been paying for a vehicle I cannot use for 3 months now and the dealership is not even replying to me when I call trying to mediate the situation and come to a solution to help me out since my car has been out of service for 3 months and I have been consistently making payments. Every time I call the office to speak with the finance manager he is never in the office and never returns my phone calls. Tomorrow makes one year that Ive had this vehicle and only used it 3/4 of the year
