    I bought a 2010 Jeep wrangler from this business on 7/6/2024, I was told that the vehicle had undergone and inspection and did test drive it. After fees and taxes the vehicle was about $15,800. I took the vehicle to a trusted shop that we use for all of our family vehicles for an inspection the following Monday 7/8/2024. The vehicle had only been driven home from the dealership between purchasing and having it inspected. There are multiple issues with the vehicle and a few that should have failed any inspection this company completed. The oil tank had a leak and there was no oil at all. One of the brakes did not work, the back axel had to be completely replaced, among multiple other issues. The quote is attached from the inspection, there is almost $10,000 worth of repairs that this vehicle needs in order to just be road safe. I reached out to the salesman on 7/9/24 after getting the quote who said he would forward my message to the manager, and to this day we have not received any communication from the manager.

    We are sorry that our customer has problems with her vehicle. We are a  used car dealer and by law, we must to sell all vehicles AS IS! This is the reason why offer all our customers, an extended warranty.

    This way the buyer, the seller, and the finance company is covered. The customer test drove the vehicle and if I am not mistaking, she drove it twice. Nothing was brought to our attention at the time of purchase.

    During the contract signing, the customer was offered a warranty but she declined. She drove the vehicle from ***** to ********, which is around ***** miles. She never called back on the day of the sale to complain about the vehicle.

    Franchise dealerships sell warranties with a huge mark up. we sell it with little or no mark up at all. We are sorry the vehicle gave her problems but the vehicle was old As-Is and the warranty was declined by the customer.

    We also recommend getting a second opinion from an independently owned mechanic shop, as franchise shops are paid with commission.

    Buenos dia,yo fui ** De**ers me lo haban recomendado el 21 Noviembre 2023 me dijeron que tenian buena atencin y es cierto cuando vas la primera vez,obtuve un carro porque el mio no me brindaba ya seguridad en la carretera y ellos me dijeron que me podan ayudar,pues no fue asi,ellos me dieron a escoger en ese momento porqu era mi primera vez **l y escog un ***,yo conteta pero el auto tenia ********* que el vendedor lo supo porque el lo manej y yo le pregunt si podia cambiar?     Good afternon,

    ************* **** initially purchased a 2012 *** X5 on around November 21 2023. Unfortunately that particular vehicle had a oil leak. She came back to our dealership with a request that she wanted to changed the car even though we sold the vehicle AS IS. Since we care about customer's hapiness we offer to swith her to a much more never car which is 2020 ******* Elantra (vehicle still had/have factory warranty ) with ***** miles on it. We didn't ask any extra down paymnet or anything. Her loan was/is through the dealership because of her extremly low credit. Unfortunately despite our recommedation she decided to buy 2013 ******* Veloster with ****** miles. She took the vehicle and came back stating that the battery is bad on Veloster and wanted to change to another vehicle. This time we had to say no but So we changed the battery for her. As of today she still has the possession of the vehicle and makes her payments to us. At this point we don't really know why she needed to file a claim to BBB. But as Epic Motorcars we did we could do to make her happy and unfortunately we are refusing to hold responsible for the future problems which as of today 1/18/2024 she didn't come up with any other issue. This would be our response to this complaint and she is always welcome to use ************ and take advantage of reduced repair prices for only Epic Motorcars customers.

    I purchased a GMC Yukon 2011 from epic motors on August 8th I didn't get to pick the vehicle up to August 10th or the 11th by the time I 30 days was up I went back in to get my tag and I let them know the check engine light was on she sent her guy out to look at it he told her all that has something to do with the wheel suspension so November 25th I took it to GMC ******* on adamo drive and had to pay $150 for a diagnostic that's when they told me the engine was going out I called epic motors the same day and told them hey you guys know you sold me a bad truck Miss *** stated could I bring the truck in and her guy break the engine down to see what's wrong with it the *************** said no now that the engine is going out the *************** which is secure one they don't want to replace the engine I feel like at the epic motors should have to replace the engine or pay for the truck to be paid off I don't feel like I need to be making payments on the truck and no one wants to replace the engine when I have warranty on the truck

    We are sorry that ***************** has problems with her vehicle. We used car dealers by law must to sell all vehicles AS IS! That is the reason why the finance company offered her an extended warranty. She has a powertrain warranty which would cover the major parts of the vehicle which should include motor. The warranty provided by the finance company that she took the loan and don't have any affiliation with the dealer as far as deciding what would be covered or not. In this case she should be communicating with the warranty company and if they don't cover she has a right to cancel the warranty and get the amount deducted from her principle balance. We Epic Motorcars always trying to put out a good product for sale but unfortunately they are all used cars and its impossible for us to predict what would happen in the future that's why there are warranty companies . And this particular case we would highly recommend her to read her warranty contract to see if said parts are covered and act accordingly. Also It has been almost a year that she purchased the vehicle. When she first time took the vehicle to the service it was already three months after the original sale. Check engine light can be triggered by anything. Vehicles has thousands of sensors and it not necessarily means that the engine is bad. She test drove the vehicle, liked it and bought it. Its not like we channeled her the said vehicle.  She has driven the vehicle ***** miles after the purchase! If the vehicle had a bad engine at the point of sale you could not have been able to drive that many miles. This would be our response to the matter and we would recommend her to figure the problem out with warranty company.

    I bought a car from here they said they put on new rear tires because Im driving cross country. Idk if the tire put on just happened to not be a good one or what but *** had to fill it up everyday and this morning 11/22/22 the tire ruptured while on the interstate

    I am rejecting this response because: they made me wait an additional 4 hours in shop because they told me they had to put NEW tires on the vehicle. the shop owner who repaired my tires told me the two tires they put on were 6 years old

    I purchased a used car from this dealership as is. They sold me the car with unsafe used tires and an active transmission fluid oil leak in place upon delivery of the he vehicle on June 07, 2022. I had my mechanic review the car that Sunday and the following discoveries was found by him, there was an oil transmission fluid leak under the hood,, the dealership placed unsafe, old shredded tires on the car., With a tire placed on backwards. My mechanic commented that this was a criminal sale and an unsafe vehicle to currently be driving. That Monday, I contacted Tolga the owner at Epic Motorcars in Tampa via email, phone text and fax. I was advised to bring the vehicle back in for replacement tires and for the transmission fluid oil leak to b repaired. After, getting coverage for my managers job I brought the vehicle back to Epic Motorcars for them to repair. They had my car for 4 days, which was a total inconvenience to my work commute. I picked up my car and the next night my driver's side tire was flat. I took the tire pressure count and it was at 26 when it should of been at least 50. The other tires were low too and the tire low light was on my dashboard. I immediately contacted Olga again and the saleswoman Izara about this. Tolga said the tires were replaced and I probably drove over a nail. I come to learn from my mechanics second review of my car, that the tires we're over 7 years old and one tire had been patched over 5 times. I was promised new tires per Tolga. Not used, old shredded tires which made the vehicle very unsafe to drive. I called and texted Tolga, he advised me that there was nothing else he could do at this time. Again, he sent me off driving around in an unsafe car and He said I bought the car used, so therefore the tires are used as well. I'm a little concerned about comments, Customer sevice and total lack of worries of my driving a 2010 used Mercedes Benz off his lot on the June 07 of this year. I now need to purchase 4 new tires.
