I purchased a reservation for a rental car at 3pm on May 9th, 2024. Later on that day, I canceled the reservation at 5:30pm with the third party business, Hertz. I received a confirmation code of my reservation being cancelled. Ive been trying to track my refund and decided to call the company, Hertz. They provided me with information stating that my refund will be here , although the rental car collision insurance wasnt included in the refund. I contacted Priceline, they told me that I wouldve needed to cancel the reservation with them, although on their site it clearly states to cancel on the third party website, Hertz. I didnt receive any products or services from Priceline, therefore I believe they need to issue me a refund. I feel stolen from , if I cancelled a reservation with *****, I believe there shouldve been communication between the two parties working with eachother about my reservation being cancelled.
