I have been contacting the vendor ( Gateway Auto Transport Solutions) several times for the refund but form shipping to refund all I hear is an excuses and you can see in the screenshots provided. The contact information and the address provided by ******* : 1380 Gulf Blvd #805, Clearwater, FL 33767 is of a condominium. The gateway transport have two different address on website. The guy named David who contacted me from phone number +1 ************** is registered with *******. The number ********** I zelle the amount to is registered to ********* 1107 Terra Mar dr Tampa, FL 33613. David told me that he sent the check on 04/04/2022 and today is 04/21/22 it don't take more than a 2-3 business days for anything to be shipped within the states. Every time I ask for an update he tells me he is trying to get the hold of driver when it was shipping now accountant when it's about the check.Business response

After seeing the texts and item that the complaint was about this issue has been resolved for almost a year now.The clients check was lost in the mail and he did not provide us with a proper address.Again the issue has been handled and his refund in full was made.Thank you for your time,David P.Logistics SpecialistOperations Manager
