      Reached out 2 ******** 2 do a wrap & install body kit on my vehicle Aug 22.On 9/2/22 i had sent a deposit of 2k for the widebody kit installation and then an additional 2k to secure my spot. I had ask for an estimate for the cost of this project and was never given a firm *************** would often change. Never was given a liability form/contract to sign for the service. The car was then dropped off on 10/29/22. I had sent another 2k for drop off. I was then told the kit was sent off to be painted 11/14/22. On 11/28/22 i was told the kit would be getting the final install the week after. 12/8/22 was told he was trying to have finish date of 12/20/22. I had sent $500 on 12/28/22 for the wrap design which i ended up not being satisfied with and he refunded me/ we took the wrap install off. 12/29/22 he sent pictures of the kit being put on the car, the kit was not painted though in nov he said it was. 1/30/23 was told the car would be finished in a few weeks. Feb 10 finally got an email for the breakdown of the costs which was inaccurate. 4/3 was told it would be finish by 4/15. Car was completed then on 4/27 and picked up. Paid 7k at pick up. Total of 13k. Upon arrival for inspection, front body **************** installed incorrectly which was communicated. No itemized receipt was given. After pick up, car was taken to another shop for a second opinion and found the kit was not installed up to industry standards and incompleted. I communicated this back to ******** and was told he didnt have the resources to complete it & had to take my business else where. The 2nd quoted me $2,500 for the repairs needed to be finished. When asking ******** for a itemized receipt, he referred back to his email sent 2/10 which was not an accurate estimate. After seeking legal council, we couldn't find ********* full name/address registered to a business license to the ****************. Unsure if the business is legitimate. I am seeking partial refund for the uncompleted work.

      Customer wants to lower the car with airbags. We installed a stock ride height bodykit with stock wheels. At not point in time did we agree to cut and modify to be lowered. We discussed in depth this option with the customer and how we don't recommend doing this as our shop does not do this type of work, we only install body kits. We have never cut a car to be lowered in 20 years in this industry. The customer agreed she was not going to lower the car after calling multiple airbag shops. She agreed the process was very intrusive on the vehicle and did not want to do that. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a customer in my entire life and will not be responding any further to this complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The information provided is incorrect. I had paid the "business", $13,000 to properly install a widebody kit. I was told there would be cutting of the fenders which i agreed. I had never went to any "airbag" shops that has been spoken of which the business is lying about. I had told the business that i would be lowering the car which is why i agreed to the full $13,000 price of the installment. The business has refused to get me an actual itemized invoice for the work that was done. This business also is not registered to the **************** to be legally doing bodywork out of the "Shop".
