I hired Logan T. (the videographer for both companies) to be my wedding videographer in 2019 for $1300. My wedding was on October 19, 2020, and Logan has still not given me the product that I paid for almost two years after the event. He committed to providing us with all the raw footage from our wedding, a 3-5 minute edited video with music of our wedding, and a USB drive with all of the footage. His company at the time was Logan Thomas Films LLC, but now this business is out of business and his new company is called HUVR Imaging. Originally he seemed to be cooperating, but over time he has stopped responding and delivering the product that we paid for. When I asked for a refund, he said he wouldn't provide it. I have texted him and reached out, along with other family members of mine, and he only responds to me about 5% of the time. He has consistently lied to me, promising that "he will send out my footage on Monday!" Or "I'm sorry I sent out a lot of USBs lately I thought one of them was yours" even though he is delivering footage for weddings that were more than a year after mine. As of right now, I have not heard from Logan since May 17, 2022. I have only received 3/4 of my raw wedding footage and I have not received any edited footage, even though since the end of 2020 he has promised that the edited footage is done and that he would be sending it to me soon. I haven't filed a complaint earlier because he sent 3/4 of the raw footage to me in January of this year so I thought he was cooperating, but since then I have not received anything. It really breaks my heart because I'm fearing that I'll never get to see the most special moments of my life due to him not delivering the product that I paid for. I also know of several other brides that he is doing this to as well.Initial Complaint

Logan was hired to do our wedding videography in late 2019. Our wedding was May 16, 2021. We have yet to receive our wedding footage. When we complained on social media his girlfriend was aggressive and called my phone, which she had to have gotten my number from Logan. We did not answer. Logan said he could delete our footage if I did not take my post about him and his new business he now runs down. Logan attempted to send a USB almost a year later but it was lost in the mail. Logan agreed to send another one and is now ignoring all attempts to contact.
