A worker Named ***** messaged me saying that he needed to inspect my filter if I dont do it , my warranty will be terminated I asked him if i have to pay he said no you dont the service is free because i already paid in full that i was $0 pay so he came in to the house i showed him that was no problem everything is good. so we went outside i showed him the filter the days are good i take care it always with the proper salt,it was not even five he was in my property he keeps saying i keep asking are you something about this guy ok gave the paper saying $0 i signed he left then i received a charged ,Scam charge for $577.92 from ispc i call them they blaming it on Vivid well am filling a complaint with Costumers business bureau also contacted on Tv that will help me with i will be show it on screen i just to see if thisscam whatever this *** ***** wrote or did he left my property will be correctedBusiness Response

I have had this product for 11 months and since I started it has been a big problem. From poor installation work, lies about providing soap and detergent that they have never sent me according to the contract, how difficult it is to communicate with someone, for me this company is a deception and a scam. In November a technician came because the system had problems, he took the part that had problems and according to what they were sending it to me by mail, I have been waiting 5 months for the defective part, locating the manager and he gave me the technician's number and that I should call him, until today I have tried to call him, I sent him texts and he doesn't answer, I even sent messages to the manager and he doesn't answer either. I wonder if this company is a real business? Also,they sent the technician just because in the contract the financial institution gave 250 credit for maintanance annually so they only show out for make profit and doesn't care about customers. I want a answer about what about the filter will be fix and the part will be send.Business Response

With my contract I get ********* soaps and products free yearly with contract. I keep calling Gohealthy and vivid water supply and cannot get in contact with anyone. I have also checked my online Gohealthy account and points have not been replenished. I have also left 3 voicemails and cannot get anyone.Business Response

I have contacted this company many times. No answer. My system keeps beeping and has been for 4 months I have tried calling during buisness hours and non buisness hours. I have talked to ***** a technician that was supposed to come out on 10/22/24 but never called to say he wasnt going to make it. Its unprofessional and unacceptable especially for the amount Im paying on this system. I will get a lawyer if needed but hope it doesnt come to that. I need someone out here soon ASAP and definitely hope I dont get charged because it wouldnt have been that way if you guys would have answered the phones or got back to me 3 months ago.Business Response

We purchased our water softener from Vivid water supply on July 24, 2024 and it was installed the next day incorrectly. It is to far away from the wall, wires are exposed and after speaking with ***** ****** (who told us he was over the area) that the person who installed it was illegally subcontracted. I have tried in several different emails to get this resolved and was actually told in one email on August 10th that it would be take care of. After that email I have been unable to get into contact with anyone from the company and now Im sure that if there is a prolonged electrical outage we wont be able to have our service as they have promised. Which includes resetting the softener and making sure it is running correctly. We financed through **** for this. I would like them to fix this to the correct position by having a certified plumber do it and giving us a working number that we can have confidence that they will do as they say they will when the power goes out for extended amounts of time and for our yearly checkups on the system.Business Response

We purchased the system 5/22/2024. The system was installed incorrectly with wires exposed outside which shorted out the breakers. We have contacted Vivid via telephone and text with little to no response. For last two months plus we have even used the system. The system was purchased and financed by **** for ****** and would like a full refund and out of our contract and will no longer make another payment on the system. I purchased a water softener back in 2022. Ever since we received the water softener everything that has been advertised was not offered. The water softener was definitely a horrible investment from vivid water. The sales man stated the softer will help with the odor in the water etc. The sells *** also stated we would receive ***airs and maintenance once a year. The only thing was an extra charge was for the delivery of the salt. So many red flags started when dealing with the company. Calls were never returned and lead me to *** the company I financed the water softener for help. A few months ago we started noticing the softener has constant leak and a loud hissing sound. I reached out to the company and again no return ***ls. I again had to reach out to the finance company again for help to reach out to the company. They then stated there is $350 maintenance fee if we wanted this to be fixed through email. At no time the sells man stated this. When my husband ***led the number on the email. It was a worker who once worked for the company and stated he doesnt work for them anymore. We are stuck with a water softener that has not worked since we bought it. We paid so much money and was scammed. Now after looking so many complaint I dont get how this company is allowed to keep scamming people. This company has been very unprofessional and we dont want to deal with the owner because how unprofessional he is. I have to constantly deal with the *************** to be the middle man trying to fix the problem This been almost two years of dealing with this nightmare of the water softener.Business Response

I was approached by a Vivid Water Supply representative (*****) about having my tap water tested and receiving a 150 amazon gift card for letting them test my water and give a presentation on their water filtration system. I made an appointment for April 8th, ***** came that evening into my home to test my water and gave me an estimate on a Vivid water filtration system. She had me fill out a form that she stated verified I completed the presentation and that was what her company would use to send out my gift card and that it would take approximately 2 weeks. It has been almost 7 weeks and I still have not received the gift card. I attempted to ******* ***** and my messages go un responded to. This is a scam. They (*****) lied to get into my home and try and sell me their product. When I declined to purchase their system, they decided not to act in good faith and do what they initially committed to. I still have the paper with the marketing rep information and the post card which states about the gift card and no purchase required and has the marketing reps ******* info printed on it.Business Response

I purchased a water softener system from them in December. I was told I would get 2 $100 gift cards. I was told I would get a monthly supply of all house hold products including cleaners, soaps, laundry detergent etc. I havent received any of these things from this company. I have tried to contact them multiple time through the salesperson that came to our house as well as calling the company number multiple times to no avail. When the system was being installed the technician also told us we had to keep it loaded with salt which was never told to use. The technician was a 3rd party. So they lied at every turn and are impossible to get a hold of. They also set us up on a payment plan and never talked about any of the details and the details that were shared were false.
