BUYER BEWARE! We signed up to get a water softener 2 years ago ('22) from #1 Advanced Water Treatment. Everything went smoothly the machine worked great, and now it's beeping saying we need tech support. We called and were told it was a filter and would cost $650 to replace. I have never heard of anyone having to get the filter replaced within 2 years. When looking online most filters cost between $30-$50 and most service calls are only $150. The problem is, this company sells you a system that only they can service. There are no manuals online on how to fix anything yourself and other plumbers or repair men have never seen this system before. To top it off there is no serial number or anything to help identify the system. So the company has made it so they can only fix it and charge you whatever they want too. This is extortion! I do NOT recommend this company under any circumstances unless you like to over pay. And when you do agree to be a sucker and for them to fix it they tell you when they will be there and then never show. It's been 2 months and I still haven't had anyone show up yet. Im so happy with #1 Advanced Water Treatment. They did an excellent job in setting everything up in my garage and my water is great. Their people are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.Review from George B

My wife and I have had the water softener system for about 2yrs now and its been a noticeable difference for us with washing clothes and taking showers. We just added the water filtration/reverse osmosis system thats hooked up under the kitchen sink. The installation guy was awesome and quick, and dealing with **** on the phone is always a pleasant conversation. My morning coffee definitely tasted better with the newly filtered water. Government water is allegedly good, but do any of us really trust the government when they say the water is good?Review from Phil P

I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Michael was very responsive whenever I had questions before installation or concerns after, and he went above and beyond with my water treatment installation to save me an expensive call to an electrician.
