I am surprised this company has an A+ BBB rating. I used their services on 2 different homes a while back and approached them again today for the same services. They quoted prices that were 100% more than what they had charged before. I asked them about the price hike to which they responded saying you got a good deal earlier. I asked them if they had any such deals today and they got upset. They send me a demeaning, derogatory text message that came across as very arrogant. I do not know why they would get so angry when I asked them about their prices. They ridiculed me and treated me, a prospective customer with disrespect. I think their rating doesn't represent how they treat their customers.

This is from a repeat customer, Never a problem. I haven't been there in over a year at one property and 2 years at the other. Those old prices are no longer available. EVERYTHING costs more these days! Gas, groceries, supplies, etc. When he asked me for a price, I gave him my current deal prices. Still great deals! He then started a back n forth with me. I simply replied, no one else has given me a hard time about a price increase. The old deal was $45 for one driveway, now $75, the other was $95, now $125. How long do I need to work so cheap, while the rest of the world is sticking it to me? Like I said, still a great deal.
So, instead of just calling someone else, this big cry baby starts writing bad reviews all over the internet. Boo hoo, let me get a tissue. Poor little man baby didn't like my price, or the way I was mean to him. You've got to be kidding me. Grow up jerk. Instead of trying to bad mouth me and make a perceived negative impact on my business, simply call someone else. By the way, from $45 to $75 is NOT a 100% increase. Oh the drama. And for BBB, I didn't even know they're still around. #Irrelevant I know in the past, for $1200 per year membership, the BBB would never post a negative complaint. This whole thing is a crock. To be completely honest, I've said it before... If you're reading this, and you think I'm a jerk, PLEASE DON'T CALL ME! CALL SOMEONE ELSE! WE PROBABLY WON'T CLIQUE! But if you're a normal person, with common sense, I think we'll get along swimmingly. btw, I sent one more text today, calling you out on this BS BBB complaint. You're a jerk, man child, #crybaby
