      We ordered 1 x 3 part slider, cat 5 double glazed. I will give my overall experience a 4.5. The quality of the product is as promised and high quality. The installation was completed in a professional manner. Unfortunately, due to lack/miscommunication we didn’t get the handle we exactly expected re: function of door. Our QA Consultant has proactively taken our feedback regarding this factor. There was also a delay with initial installation as the product sent out was far too small by 16-18 inches (I have questions re: manufacturer QA procedures). Approx 4 weeks later the correct door has been installed. All employees were polite, professional and helpful were necessary in all interactions. Overall, a positive experience and a fantastic installation of a great product.

      In April, I purchased through Window Wall, two sliding window/doors that were hurricane impact, turtle glass including screens for my condominium. Measurements were completed on May 13 and necessary documents were sent to my HOA as well of a deposit made to them of over $4,000.. Then I get a call from ****, the Sales Manager at Window Wall to tell me that the turtle glass was left off my contract which it wasn't. I checked. It clearly stated turtle glass. He then tried to tell me I really didn't need the screens because screens aren't necessary on the 6th floor there are hardly any bugs but strong winds. I said please leave them on the contract, I need them. Then he said he would have to charge me $250 extra because they didn't charge me enough for the turtle glass. I told him I gave a deposit of over $4,000 and our contract was signed in April.. I have forwarded the license and require information to my HOA. You are calling me weeks after a signed contract for $250? He said yes or we can't do business with you cause we won't make any money.. Also the screens are expensive and we are losing on those also. I asked him if he was demanding an extra $250 or not doing the job at all? He said yes. I called a couple other people in the company and was directed to ****'s boss, also ****. He told me they actually want an extra $1500 to do the windows or they could send me back my deposit because they weren't making enough money. I asked him to send me back my deposit. He responded that gladly he would in about three days and was there anything else he could help me with. Obviously this was a group decision with this company and I will never ever do business with them. I am shocked that a company would operate this way.. I would never recommend them. This is a horrific way to treat a senior woman or anyone for that matter.

      I had my windows installed by WindowWall! From beginning to end the company was extremely helpful with any questions that I had about my windows. From the Appointment coordinators to the Design consultants helping me with my estimate on the project I had for my recently purchased home. The installers came in did an amazing job in making sure they finished the job efficiently and correctly! I'm extremely happy with my windows! WindowWall is definitely A1.

      We just had the pleasure of doing business with this company and I have to say it was a very positive experience. We interviewed 3 companies when we wanted to replace some windows in our home.WindowWall was the only company that came prepared. ******* the sales person that came out to give the presentation had a sample of the the window unit so that we could look at it and see the construction of it. He knew all the answers to our questions (as my husband is in the construction trade and knew what to ask). They were also lower in price than the other two companies we interviewed.They called back after we decided to go with them, they gave us an estimate of the time line to get the windows. Windows actually came in sooner than expected, they called and worked with us on a date and time. They were here on time and as promised covered any furniture close to windows. I wish I would have gotten the names of each of the installers as they all did an outstanding job and were very personable. On the last set of windows they had to install there was a problem with the window threshold and being it was over 30 years old it cracked. They immediately came to my husband to show him. Now some companies may have just caulked it and proceeded to install the window over it but they actually stopped work, went to ********** and bought a new one (much nicer than the one we had and at their expense) and installed it. That showed me they value the customer! They put tarps down on the outside of the house so as to catch any debris, cleaned the windows and vacuumed up the floors . Called in the inspection for the following week and left a copy of the required building permit. Can't stress how positive this experience was with WindowWall!

      In the spring of 2023 I had all my four windows and one door replaced in my villa. My door has shifted since. February 2024; Ive sent numerous texts, e-mails and a voicemail. Only one response clarifying where to send my requests for this after service, still under warranty care. Nothing since that first reply. Had I known that my business was this unimportant to WindowWall, I would not have given them my hard earned money.

      Worst company I have ever worked with. I had no lack of experience since I have built a two story home, and remodeled two homes. I will begin with the wrong front door handles installed. Many weeks later after much arguing they found I was right. By that time I had bought and installed what I originally wanted from another company at my expense. Side windows had no molding. They were just glass panes beside traditional French doors. I had to install plantation shutters on them. These were purchased from another company to my added expense. It has been a year, but since it completely changed my entrance for the worse, I will never forget. My entrance is dark since having to add plantation shutters, but I had no choice.The sales people were pleasant and one even tried to explain to the manager that wrong handles were installed. The manager was rude and argumentative. Upon request to speak with owner, I was told he didnt speak English.Leaving even one star rating would be more than they deserve. They belong in the minus category

      This company cannot and does not deliver according to the contract you sign. Once the contract is signed, there are multiple changes, delays and excuses for not complying by the contract signed. We contracted for a full house of windows and doors. First was the inability to provide windows that the contract stated and we had to modify the design of the house to accommodate different windows. Then we were informed they could no longer install the windows per agreement and had to find another contractor at additional expense to do the job. Next we were informed they could not deliver per the contract and we would have to pay additional if we wanted them to deliver the product. Then the wrong product was delivered, had to be returned and correct product manufactured again. The delays along the way were far too numerous to document. We attempted to discuss with the company that we felt we should be compensated. The issues were not addressed and we received no compensation for all of the above.

      We bought a new house and needed all new windows. We wanted the best grade because it's a small house, close to the coast, and in Florida. This happened beginning in 2022, I just wasn't able to post due to many other things going on. They push our install date back a couple of times because of window production. The office is horrible about contacting you throughout the process and can be quite rude. The day comes for installation and it's a third-party contractor. By this point, they were already out there and we needed the windows desperately. They were unprofessional and messed up in many areas. Window Wall claims they clean up the mess, well they didn't inside or out. I ended up finding more than 15 pieces of glass outside from both the new and old windows. I have 2 dogs that could've been seriously injured. The caulk job was so awful I could've done a better job as someone who does not do much handy work at all. Multiple windows didn't close properly and needed to be fixed. I called and spoke with ***** who took everything I said very personally, was extremally unprofessional, and I could tell has an anger issue. I then called and spoke with *** or **** the owner who was professional and took my worries down but told me they can't do much about the look of the installations without "messing up the windows themselves" but would come to fix a few of the issues that he could. He ended up coming with *****. who quite literally had a temper tantrum in our living room and on the street. The other guy had to lead him outside and I am assuming calm him down. This company was unbelievable and it is awful that we are now stuck with this company for life with the "lifetime warranty". In short, STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND WALLET.

      Hello *****, we've already responded to your review on our ****** page but we wanted to offer a response here as well. 

      Were so sorry to hear you feel less than totally satisfied with your project **********;and are more than happy to do whatever we can to help. It is incredibly important to us that, for the sake of honesty and transparency about the situation, we respond to a few of the points made in your review.

      First and foremost, we do not, have not, and will not ever use subcontractors for our work and will happily provide the **2 for any employee on any project at any time. The Project Manager that led your install is actually a relative of our companys owner, thats how dedicated we are to our belief in being the family-owned home experts. Were disappointed to see such a verifiably false statement about our business. 

      We confirmed with you at the time of the contract finalization in early April that the project would be scheduled for July, and received confirmation from you indicating that you approved that timeline. The windows arrived on 7/11/2022. We called that same day to schedule an install for the last week of July. This is all well within the allotted timeline we provide in the contract that you signed. As soon as the project was finished we received a service request from you in which we fixed any issues with your windows you brought to our attention. Weve not had any further calls from you since our last service visit. In fact, since receiving your review weve reached out to you and offered to schedule another service, which you declined. 

      ****, our VP of Operations, has never said anything about not being able to fix the look of installations (in this case your complaints were about the caulking). We simply stated, as is outlined in our contract, that we cannot paint the caulk for you. **** let you know that, if after painting and cutting in the caulking around the window, you were still not satisfied wed be happy to reapply the caulking. You let him know that you were not willing to do so, which prompted his response that there was nothing more we could do at that time. 
      We still fully stand by our lifetime warranty. If you have any problems that we have the ability to rectify we will be more than happy to do so. Just give us a call and well be happy to help!

      Again, I was told by the group that came out that they do not normally work for Window Wall, which explains why they weren't dressed in Window Wall apparel like the employee pictures at jobs on your website. I remember that because it caused me unease, but I went ahead with the installation. I know what I was told. There were more problems than just the caulking as I previously stated in the service call, emails, etc... To name some that you did not respond to as per my BBB review and many phone conversations/emails, it was how the windows are not easy to pull up (when buying the guy said "I could slide it with 2 fingers, which is definitely not the case), glass was found in my yard that could only have been from you guys (I provided pictures to the company), your employees are passive aggressive and very defensive when confronted with their unsatisfactory work (seeing as I work in customer service, many of your employees have no idea on how to deal with dispute professionally), you had an employee that was extremally unprofessional and made me feel so unsafe in my home (have been told he was fired soon after that incident), and the manufacturer quality of the windows has flaws (which I know you do not make windows but it should've not been approved to be installed if they were not in perfect shape with a 13,000 job) and again, the caulk along the widow sill (which is a granite window sill that you don't just "paint over") and the outside of window sill looked the same (the outside could be fixed with paint but we do not have the money to do that right now and didn't plan on needing to after paying so much for this job to just be done correctly). While getting the inspected, I asked the guy if their flaws were normal in window installs and even he agreed that they were not done well in regards to the cosmetic aspects of the install. I most certainly was told in my first complaint after installation that you could not fix ALL of my issues without uninstalling and reinstalling, which could damage windows/window sills in the process. You did reach out to me after this review and we really didn't get anywhere. I expressed my concerns and the only option you could give was to paint, which I cannot do on the inside because of the type of window sills I have, or come out and caulk again but couldn't guarantee it would look much different because I of how it needs to be done. Like I said on the phone, with the type of interactions I have had with this company, I do not feel safe or comfortable having you in my home without my significant other present or if no one is there while you fix the issues. I told him I would call when we were more available in the future. I posted this to warn others of the encounters and experiences I have had with this company so that they can make informed decisions on who they choose to do business with.
