I purchased a 1 year "Dual Plus Membership" for $159 on 7/25. At the time of purchase it was advertised by website & brochure (and still is) that toddler rides were available in a kids area. When we arrived at the Zoo on 8/8, those rides were still advertised by brochure. When we got to the kids area we discovered that this was no longer the case. One of the rides was completely removed & another had a height adjustment that made the ride inaccessible to our children. Numerous families surrounding us felt misled as well. When we asked employees in the area what was going on they apologized, said they understood, & had no idea what was going on. When we went to Guest Services to ask we were told by Cody that the carnival rides were all being phased out, that they are "there for the animals, not the kids." If we had known that, we would not have bought a year long family pass. We were deceived & misled to believe the toddler rides would be there during our initial purchase. No refund.Business response

To ensure the upmost safety of our guests, we changed the height of the Overland Express Train based on the latest recommendations from the manufacturer. We apologize for the inconvenience and have updated our website to ensure the new restrictions are clearly defined. We do offer other options for toddlers and parents to enjoy together including the new Expedition Wild Africa ride, carousel and tiger coaster. Additionally, as a member, we do offer special programing specifically for families with young kids including our monthly Toddler Tuesday event. While we would hate to see you go, we will grant your request for a refund. Please email *********************** and refer to this note for processing of the refund.
