The owner of this company, Cean Alnajjar aka ********************* is a scam artist. He fraudulently took tens of thousands of dollars of our money for a project. We gave him an agreed upon deposit to begin ordering materials, however those materials were never ordered as agreed upon. Permits were never pulled as agreed upon. The agreed upon price kept changing with new contracts needing to be signed. Once the project finally began he started asking for more and more money. When we refused to give him any more money until more work was done, he proceeded to send us an invoice that did not reflect a credit for any of the original deposits and money we had given him to start the project. He simply made it look like we had not given him the money. Then we discovered that he had not paid some of the subcontractors working on our project and that less than 1/3 of the money we had already given him had been used on the project. We then fired him immediately. I am warning others to stay away from this person and this business. This company was recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance and I did check out the business with the BBB and other online resources.. There were no formal complaints against the business that I could find at the time. However, there were complaints against the owner Cean Alnajjar, which I did not search for. We had this company do a few other small projects around our home before hiring him for this larger project. We thought all was well. However we have since discovered that he did not fully pay the subcontractors for the previous work that was done on our home. Please do not hire this person or company for ANY reason. I don't want to see anyone else lose money.
