Paid over $1500 for deposit. They took measurements and told us it would be completed in 6 weeks. It has been 12 weeks, we never heard from them. Called left messages, etc. finally got ahold of someone who told us they didnt know anything and to call someone else. The guy called back and gave us an excuse that he was on vacation and would call later to schedule it. So I left negative feedback online. Next they call my wife threatening to *** us. This is Not a way to do business and NOT how you handle a customer youve wronged.Business response

Hello,
We never mentioned a 6 week lead time as we can have delays with our manufacture. The ***** door was delivered over Thanksgiving week while our company was closed for the holiday. When we returned to the office we called to schedule the installation of their door. After we spoke with *************** to schedule, there were reivews sent against our company which stated to "avoid our company" We found it best to refund the deposit for the door back to the *****. We wish them the best.

Please see attached contract terms and conditions that were signed by ********************* stating:
3. Work described in the contract documents will commence in approximately ***** weeks and be completed in approximately 1-3 days. The recited dates are approximations and are subject to scheduling difficulties of Seller, labor and/or materials shortages, acts of God, weather, and other events not foreseen by Seller.
The contract was signed 9-10-23 our office was closed for Thanksgiving holiday. We spoke to ********************* on 11/28/23 to schedule the door to be installed on 11/30 within our approximate ***** weeks. I have also attached a copy of the refund. The refund is going through the refund process which we have no control over. We honorably refunded their deposit fully without deducting any credit card fees to them.
