    ************** sent my dad ******* ***** product he did not order and charged his credit card. I called to get a refund. They wanted the product to be sent back. I sent it to the address listed above. After a couple of weeks I called to confirm they received it. They confirmed and said he would receive an electronic check. We waited several weeks. It never came so I called again. They assured me it was sent and to keep checking. This has gone on for months now. The last time I called they said since their system shows it was refunded they can't do anything. They said for me to call back in 48 hours. Now when I call they just hang up once they I give them the reference number (*******). They owe my dad $224.17 He is 90 years old and on fixed income. please help.

    1/20- received a call from a spam number They said that I ordered something from nutrizen. They told me I ordered it back on June 8 and they have been sending me emails. I have not received any kind of supplement them. But they wanted me to settle my account for at first 500, then they went down to 420, then they went down to $149 All while Im not getting any kind of product from them. They could not tell me a phone number they could not tell me an address of the business. They also would not send me any kind of email with any kind of billing. I asked for a website and they told me that the promotion was over.?!? But they were going to send me to collections and ruin my credit. I recorded the last 10 minutes of the phone call.

    I keep trying to cancel an auto shipment of keto gummy bears. I have been returning them but they continue to ship.

    When I received package in the mail today, I was unable to locate company through their name and address. I don't recall placing order. I may have placed order on hold because I had cancelled PayPal and wasn't which credit card to use. The package was delivered to me using my nickname not my formal name which is on my credit cards. Only PayPal had my nickname. I cancelled PayPal because I have been scammed multiple times within the past few months.

    1 I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CANCLED ANY FURTHER ORDERS AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION AND THEY KEEP SENDING MORE SUPPLEMENTS.     I received 5 bottles of Keto-ACV gummies which I did not order. I contacted customer, ************, originally on 4/11/24 and then again 4/16/24 and was told I would receive an electronic refund of $99+ within the next 10 days. My reference number is **********. I have contacted this customer service number every week for 9 weeks and have been told "yes, you are entitled to a refund, it is verified, it is in process, have patience and check email/spam daily". I have also written letters to NutriZen Keto, ******************* and Full Stock,**********************************************, addresses on the product and address provided to me by customer service at the above number.I have yet to receive my refund or any return correspondence from letters.I continue to call each week with the same response, no refund.

    I did not order this product from Nutrizen. I was charged $200.00. Upon receipt of the product I returned the product to the sender and have confirmation they received it. I have called the phone number I could find and left several messages. No one will speak to me or return the funds taken from my account.

    I looked at this website thats it just looked via Snapchat- now I get several calls from several numbers all starting with 720 area code- they state my card was declined for some weight loss offer that they sent me items to my home. I never subscribed and never gave any information- though several times I tried to explain this and when I ask the company name and phone number they cant remember who they work for. I want the calls to stop and the fraud account closed

    The product was bought online through a ******** ad and I am having difficulty finding an address for them. The only contact information provided was a phone number and email address. I was also proved a return address.Get in touch ***************** ***************** Amaze ACV PO BOX ***** Las Vegas, ** ***** The product advertised was Amaze ACV KETO GUMMIES.The order confirmation noted that, the transaction will appear as SuperSlim AR16 on your bank statement.Prior to purchase, they indicated it had a 90 day guarantee but when one was requested they said it was only a 30 day guarantee from the purchase date and I was told I did not qualify for the first shipment. I did not authorize a second shipment. When the second charge hit my account I immediately contacted them requesting a refund of both shipments. I had contacted them at the number provided prior to purchase to verify it was a one time purchase as it was unclear to me. I was told it was a one time purchase but if I chose to order more it would not be at the discounted price that was currently being offered. That was fine so I placed the order. The product did not work as advertised. They asked that I take a picture of the product once the second shipment arrived as they said they would provide a RMA number that would be needed to complete the partial return. In their response they indicated the following, Furthermore, you don't need to return the recent shipment, you can just keep it and we can offer a one-time courtesy refund of $50.00 for Sunny Days ACV Gummies. Please let us know if you wish to accept the offer. The name of the product changed from Amaze ACV KETO GUMMIES to Sunny Days ACV Gummies and the charge was made to SuperSlim AR16. I am not even clear on who to file the complaint on but since the ad on ******** indicated Amaze ACV KETO GUMMIES then that is the one I chose. I think people need to know about this company and their unprofessional and dishonest practices.
