Paid $1200 on June 9, 2023 for a sidewalk and driveway bib redone. The work is unacceptable and not done correctly. Hart Masonry is not interested in knowing anything about this. They knew I was unhappy and not satisfied. All they can do is call me names and tell me to never contact them again. I should not have paid in full for this job.Business response

Business response taken verbally by BBB:
We are not sure what the issue is as we were sent pictures of a driveway and sidewalk that we did not perform. The services we provided were for a sidewalk repair that Pasco County inspected but found no issues. At this time as we are finalizing the paperwork with Pasco County to finish the job.

I do not have an actual contract. I have an estimate and a receipt from the concrete provider arranged by Hart Masonry. Hart Masonry never gave me either a contract or an invoice as I paid cash for his terrible work. I included two pictures of his work before I had it ripped out and redone by a competent professional.Customer response
