    I purchased a $231.17 dolphin boat tour on 5/29/22 for my family of 10 on the Spongeorama website. We paid for 9 because our 2 month old infant was free. We arrived at the store associated with the company to pick up the tickets. The cashier only gave us 9 tickets ( all 10 of my family members were standing next to me) she counted us and only gave us the 9 tickets. We waited for the boat to arrive. We boarded the boat with all of my family members. A lady approached me stating that she was the manager and that I did not have a ticket for the baby. She then stated that we would have to get off of the boat and NO REFUND would be issued as they were fully booked. We went back in the store to find out why we were only issued 9 tickets instead of 10. The cashier apologized for the confusion. We asked if there was another tour later that we could ride on. The manager then came in the store and began screaming at me and my family that I should have known that the baby needed a ticket and they would not allow us on another boat tour. I again asked for a refund since she kicked us off of the tour we had already paid for. She stated that the never offer refunds. I have contacted the Federal Credit Union that I bank with and am in the process of disputing the charges. The FCU suggested contacting the BBB regarding the fact that they have basically stolen $231.17 from me. I wonder how many other customers have had to experience this with Spongeorama. I want a full refund since the services were not provided.
