      My father, a disabled veteran, purchased a vehicle from this company and had it delivered to him in ******, **. He has PTSD and rarely leaves his home. He had phone conversations with them that the car was in good working order. We would like a refund and them to pay the shipping of the car from **** to them and the money my dad spent on fixing the first set of problems we found with the car. The car has since sat in our driveway as we have tried to get them to remedy this issue. They sent all paperwork to me to sign however I was not the purchaser, my dad was. He did not sign anything pertaining to this vehicle.Vehicle was purchased for $4300 plus $1220 for warranty and car delivery fee oPaid $1220 via venmo and 4300 via bank check Car was delivered to ********************* on February 3 ********************* took it to Tire Kingdom for an oil change and tire rotation for $88.65 On February 7 ********************* took the vehicle to ***** Auto to have it looked over. They found that it had an engine leak, needed brakes and had no heat which is needed for Iowa *******. That all cost an additional $1844.81 We arrived in ******* from **** on February 9 and left with the car on February 12 While in ******* we drove around and the over drive light came on and we took it to ***** Auto they said it might be a transmission issue but they were not a transmission shop and didnt know for sure.About 4 hours into our trip the check engine light came on. By the time we made it to **********, ******* we stopped for the night and had it looked at in the morning.February 13 we took it to ORielly Auto Parts to see what the codes were reading and it came back that it was the transmission. They suggested we take it to ************** Brothers and we took it there and they read the codes themselves and said the transmission was shot and that it needed to be replaced. They said they didnt recommend driving it especially since we had 900 miles left to get home. I called the warranty company and talked to **** who said they would only cover up to $2000 for a transmission and they would need to send adjusters out first as we had only had the car a few days. We had to stay another night while I tried to figure out how to get the mustang to ****. February 14 found a car company to deliver the car to **** for $756 and had to rent a car for us to drive back home for $403.84 The car was delivered on February 16 and was taken to J&K Auto to look at the car and give an estimate for new transmission. That estimate was for $4500 for rebuilt and $6500 for new. We also called a well known transmission shop and got a quote from them for $5500. We began trying to contact Standard Auto via phone, email and ******** messenger and they would not return calls for several days. We finally got in touch with *** who still has done nothing about the car. We sent letters to *****************, owner and they sent a letter back saying we must have done something to the car and that we signed a document that we would not take them to court, it does show my signature, however, I was not the one who purchased the car, my dad ********************* was. They had the wrong person sign the paper work. We would like them to refund us the money for the car and pay to have it hauled back down to their store, and pay for the repairs that *** had done to the car.

      Sold me a lemon car that been in snow and salt because when I bought it broke down next day I had get ac fix then I had it to shop aamco they told me car was very dangerous because the crane was severely bent all parts underneath was corroded they said it comes from being submerged in snow and transmission went out witting 24 hours they said I could lost my life I tried reason white car lot they told me come in and they was gone give me something else other they called police have me banned from there I paid 7000 for that truck only had it for one day they sold me a lemon car that was no good they lied before they sold it to me and said they put it in shop and fixed everything they scammed me out my money was very rude and called cops to band me because I told the. I was single mom how could they do this to me I need my money back or another vehicle they refused to do both because I showed photos of all the stuff that was corroded melted and how bad it was shop said they vehicle could slipped and me in whoever in it could lost our lives that vehicle was dangerous they even gave me pictures and statement to give to car lot and they still refuse to give me my money or something else I am disabled single mother they sell bunch lemon cars they not nice scammers
