  The nature of my problem is I've been working with Jack H***** on my book ****** ** ****** * ******* ** ***** that was published last August 2022. The book is full of mistakes that Jack said he was working on to get corrected. The date for this is March 8,2023 at 7:47am. His exact quote! Hello ****, We are working on it. I will let you know once done. And I've been in contact with him multiple times by phone and text messages and haven't heard a thing. All I want is the book done right. I have a lot of people waiting to get this book which is on ********** and can be purchased for $19.95. But no one wants to purchase a book until it's done right. I sent in all the new corrections to Jack so it shouldn't be a problem to complete it and shouldn't take that long to do. Plus I want the author's page included which they already have. Thank you for your time and concern on this issue. Thanks in advance for helping me! Everything has been paid for so I shouldn't owe them anything. I just want closure on this as soon as possible.   The company is fraudulent. On 9 August 2022) I paid them $3499 for book marketing services. They did no work except for a shoddy copy of a web page which was terrible. After several tries to get them to do any work I terminated my agreement as allowed in the contract. I sent them certified letters of termination which were returned as undeliverable at the Tavares, FL address. I had many chat conversations with representatives of the company. They promised to refund my payment. It is now April 20, 2023 and no payment has been made. They have lied on the chat repeatedly about having sent me the refund, promising it was mailed and gave me a false tracking number. I posted several negative reviews on ********** and they begged me to take down my negative reviews, which I did, thinking they would send the refund. They did not. I have screen shots of all of the chats I have had with them as evidence. I have copies of my bank payment and the agreement and the termination letter. It is now April 20, 2023 and I still have received no heard anything from them. I engaged a lawyer and she told me she could not find a way to contact the company. I now believe that Writersclique used my bank card information to make a purchase from ********* ****** ***** and may have also used (stolen) the ISBN number of my book to have print on demand copies of my book printed. They still have not returned the $3499 I paid them for services they never provided. I have reported this to the Florida Secretary of State where they are supposed to have their offices. Writersclique is, I believe, a total fraud and I caution anyone interested in their services to investigate them thoroughly. I do not believe they are based in the US as they use Urdu phrases in communications. I appreciate any action the BBB can take to help me recover my payment to them and to report them to higher authorities.

  I, **** *********, paid $500.00 to Writer's Clique to have my book published. The name of the book is ** *** ***** *****? The final draft was submitted to Writer's Clique many months ago. I have been put off many times; I had wanted to get my book into bookstores prior to Christmas. It is now nearly two months after Christmas and I still have yet to have a copy of the book. For multiple weeks, I have left emails to JACK H*****, who I have been in touch with before, but he has not returned my emails for approximately a month. I was disappointed that Mr. H***** made me go through Amazon as part of the process--it was never told to me or even suggested that I would have to do anything like that; I didn't do that before when I had my two previous books published through CREATE SPACE. Recently, I have left phone messages with the company (************) but they haven't been returned. The most recent on-line contact left me with two significant disappointments: 1. My name on the cover of the book was misspelled. 2. The price that they had listed for the book was far too low. I am very disappointed in the service that I've received from Writer's Clique and would like the situation to be resolved ASAP. I want a copy of the book, and I want to have easy access to order books so that I can supply retailers around the area in which I live. Multiple owners have expressed interest in carrying the book--I need Writer's Clique to supply me with books so that I can supply them. I need this money to supply funding for my daughter's education.

  Hello I am writing to report on a fraudulent business that is in practice under the name: Writer's Clique. Writer's Clique, 336 W Burleigh Blvd Tavares, FL 3278, United States. +1-352-995-3523 www.writersclique.com Contacts at Writer's Clique: Jack H***** (project manager), Eminey G****** (sr. project manager), Jessica J**** (salesperson) Also copied on all communications in the communications tool, Basecamp: Alan B****. I signed a 3-month contract with Writer's Clique for book marketing services on May 16, 2022. And I paid $1500 for the contract. And Writer's Clique did not provide the value they committed to as per the contract. In addition, the company was unresponsive and made false claims of having completed work. Unresponsiveness Writer's Clique was very unresponsive. And this included not responding to correspondence and requests for information for several days and up to two weeks. This pattern of unresponsiveness went on repeatedly despite multiple requests for information. Lack of delivery Writer's Clique did not deliver on several major deliverables, including email marketing and press release writing. Also, they said they would make 4 trailers and write the scripts. But Writer's Clique only made 1 trailer, and I wrote the trailer script. False claims about delivery Writer's Clique falsely claimed to complete several tasks including writing a script for a video trailer and creating an Amazon Author page. I created the Amazon Author page. But they deceitfully stated that they did the work. I shared concerns about their lack of performance with Writer's clique staff via their communications tool, Basecamp, several times, with no resolution. Details noted in attached complaint doc. Writer's Clique's poor business and unethical practices have cost me monetary and time loss. And as an individual with a disability, Multiple Sclerosis, Writer's Clique's dereliction of duty has caused me further harm. Thank you for your attention. Regards, *********
