      On multiple occasions the staff has failed to provide mail notification as advertised. The United ****** Postal Service does not provide informed mail delivery to these locations as these locations are responsible for providing this service to each of its clients.The **** delivered a packaged on 03/29/2023. *** Store **** did not provide notification of this delivery. I sent an email on 04/10/2023 advising that I have not received notification of a recent delivery.

      I purchased a Personal Small (mail) Box from the UPS Store on Sunday 12/20/2020. I paid for the box using my debit card and paid for a year in advance. The the fees this brought my total to $256.11 (Receipt Photos Attached). After making the purchase I was told I would need to come back the next day to get the key as the manager was not in. When I returned the next day I was told a key needed to be made and they would contact me when it was ready to be picked up. In mid February after still not hearing from them I responded to the location where I met with the manager. She apologized for the error and advised me she would credit the two months I did not have access with an additional 2 months at the end of the agreement. She still did not the key made but gave me the master key (for box ***) for my box. I created one copy for my husband and kept the original for myself. I then was able to access box *** which I had the key for. In mid June I received a notification in my mailbox with someone else's name on it stating I owed 3$70 for box ***. I reached out to staff but was met with no response. In August I went to check my mail and the key did not work, the lock had clearly been changed. I again reached out to the store and got a one line response telling me they never changed the lock and my locker is ***. Thinking I made a mistake I took my key and tried it on ***, it did not work. I have continued reach out to the company without getting any response. I requested a refund and still no response. I did not have access to the box for over 6 months and still do not have access. I am requesting the return of half of my payment ($256.11) back, $128.05. I understand the receipt stipulates no refund for products received; however, this product (as paid for) was not received.
