Services were done on 2/21/24. After the services I was told to pay the amount than. Which I wrote a check out for. The Dentist in return told me to submit this to my Insurance so I would be reimbursed. It was up to the customer to do all the paper work to the ************* I did this right away with the paper work given to me from the dentist office. Find out from my Insurance they received from Sage Dental a request for this service. so a duplicate was issued. Sage Dental received this twice. I spoke with my ************** and they said they would try to get somebody from Sage dental to send me the money owed. I spoke to someone at Sage dental in the meantime and they said they would just keep it for future use. I told them I wanted it now and they said ok in a few weeks. Well going back and forth since 2/21 and now I still haven't heard nothing or seen nothing in the mail. I should mention, my dentist merge with **** in October and things have been very ***** at the office. I know this just the way the dentist staff is handling this matter and speaking to a few staff members. The person at the dentist office who use to handle the paper work can't seem to speak to anyone at Sage dental the communication is only by E-Mail. I would appreciate anything that can be done for me . I did call this number at Sage Dental ************ its their **************** at ********** Ext 6543 ***** in customer service but left messages never heard anything.
