We have had problems with our lanai windows ever since installation. They have leaked and seals break. This company has been out to our house at least 7 times to replace windows. There are a total of 9 large windows. We call WCF, ******, owner, and she says she will get back to us, does not return calls. ******** windows have a lifetime warranty, much better than most picture windows. It has been over 6 months since we called, call the at least every other week for an update, we keep getting the runaround. I am 80, my wife is 73. We feel that they are not living up to their commitment of good service, and a quality product. Can you please help us?Business response

We have responded on several occasions to take care of warranty issues for this customer. We have been trying to get the latest issue resolved through our supplier and just today received an update on the situation. Our company warranty is one year on the work that we do. After that year, the normal procedure would be for the homeowner to contact the manufacturer since their warranty is with the manufacturer (******** ) and not us. However, we try to facilitate the process since we know it can be difficult, so we allow the homeowner to contact us when they have an issue. We cannot contact ******** directly. We need to go through our supplier that we order the windows from. We do make every effort to stay on top of the situation but it can be a lengthy process. We tell people we will contact them as soon as we receive their material. Unfortunately calling us and leaving bad reviews will not make the material come in any quicker. We will continue to work towards a solution to the current issue and be in contact with the homeowner when we have any updates to report.

Windows of Central Florida has been promising to replace this windows for 6 months. ******, the owner, avoids our calls, then promises to call us back, then tells us the window are not in. Her latest gimmick was that Simontin Windows days said we have too many complaints. The window seals keep breaking. This is poor product, not a bad customer. Our ********************** were LIFETIME guarantee. My husband is in his 80's, I am in my 70's , we are tired of this runaround. I want to keep this complaint open until the window is replaced. I spoke to my supplier yesterday about this issue and they told me that the window is supposed to get to them this week. As soon as we receive it from them, we will be out to the customer's home to replace it. Unfortunately, the warranty items do take a while to come in and there is nothing that we can do to make it happen faster.
