              I rented at Camelot for 3 years, I moved out 5-2-2024. *** tried to call plenty of times to get this issue straight but no one answers the phone so I came here to get an answer! Im told I owe 8k all together with over 2k in back rent which is untrue. You ppl wouldnt let ppl go a week without paying rent let alone a month because its a week to week rent term. Its not my problem **** found out in June that I left. I let the manager know I was moving out on 4-26-2024 and that I would not need my security deposit back being camelot has played so Many games with me living there regarding $ the ***** infestation and termites which I have pictures of. The manager said that was fine since it was a week in advance so I didnt need to give a written notice to vacate. I already knew I would owe a cleaning fee which was fine that would come out of the security deposit! But ***** in damage fees is ridiculous ! There was no busted windows, everything still worked besides the minor wear and tear on a cheaply made mobile home rented out for 3 years with no maintenance men coming in to fix anything when I asked. If you are saying I owe back rent + damages I will need proof sent to my email that I paid weekly in May because I was not there. Its also video of your manager walking up to the lot and seeing me move the morning I left. she knew I was moving on May 2nd and that I let yall keep my security deposit because I was not cleaning up or moving the furniture. Ive been through h*** and back with yall but I know I dont owe no 8k. My 7 month lease ended Sept of 2023 last year. Something needs to be arranged and I need answers since no one answers the phone and there is no corporate office number as well or email!

              Not even Squatters would live here!!!! Major water damage!!! Walls were soft to the touch! It literally was Squishy. When I spoke to Jessica the Residential manager. She reassured me that the water damage had been remedied. However I notified her that when there is water damage to the foundation of a trailer you literally have to demolish and repaired Properly. It smelled like mold which is a health hazard. With it being a health hazard it should be condemned and unsuitable for habitation!!! Idk who has to hear about this place but it needs to be shut down!!! When I asked for my SecurityDeposit back. I was told that I would have to mail in a letter through certified mailing to corporate. And that it would take 15 days in order for me to receive my check for my deposit. It took over a month to receive my deposit back and they literally called the cops on me for asking to have a contact number for Corporate. Once I spoke to the officers explain my situation and for why I was acting the way I was acting that day. The law enforcement officer spoke to Jessica and the Latin girl who called my husband a filthy Mexican!!! He’s not not Mexican I believe she was Puerto Rican trash. Once they realize that we were not gonna be easy to scam this got the ball going. This place is a scam!!!!!!! I literally received a check within 72 hours from the incident with the police officers. I Then had to jump through hoops just to cash a check. Because the check had to be cleared before I could cash it. And I refuse to wait another day to have my money in my hand. So I called Jessica again to let her know that I needed someone to authorize my check to be able to cash it. It took about eight hours to get it authorize. This place is unethical and racist!!!! A total scam and people should be aware of the unconditioned living situations that are going on at this community. You can’t even cook with cooking oil at this community. It’s ridiculous and Shouldn’t be allowed
